Constraction reviews in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina

Joseph G helped me tremendously. I needed some plywood and he went above and beyond to help. There were some warped sheets and he put those aside so the flat pieces were available. He then made sure that someone could help cut them. You don't get customer service like this anymore and it is very appreciated when it happens.

While there were a few hiccups in obtaining the supplies and scheduling, the overall process was excellent due to the outstanding service from the store team, the call center team and the contractor (Both schedulers and the installers on site).

Service was great, and had everything I needed.
-
A lot of attentive staff this morning. Fair pricing.
-
They let the contractor rip-off the person, and won't do a thing about.
-
Can't even call the store. They have a call center in India! Lol so dumb
-
Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful flowers, can't find flowers of this quality anywhere else (I have looked).

Hmph...lol...this was a very interesting visit for me...I actually ran into someone that really wanted to help...the customer...thank you very much...Home Depot...

Avoid having them install things for you. Third party contractors they use sub out the work. When there are problems the contractors tell you to talk to Home Depot, and Home Depot tells you to talk to the contractor.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO HOME DEPOT.

WORST PLACE EVER AND THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! I ordered kitchen cabinets from here and omg i never knew it would be a VERY LONG TERRIBLE PROCESS! The cabinets they sent me were scratched and not stained, terrible terrible! i called them and they came to take a look at them and told me they were supposed to look like that! RIDICULOUS! I TOLD THEM I WOULD SUE THEM , SO THEN THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD REPLACE SOME DOORS. THEY DELIVERED THEM THE SAME, "SCRATCHED AND NOT STAINED"! I ALSO FORGOT TO MENTION THAT THEY NEVER SENT ME THE SHELVES THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO COME WITH MY KITCHEN CABINETS! I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS HOME DEPOT AGAIN! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! I DROVE BACK AND FORTH TRYING TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE, THE LEAST THEY CAN DO IS PAY FOR MY GAS! I SHOULD DEFINITELY SUE THEM!

Came to get a new mower after my old one broke down and immediately found the perfect mower! Great price and has been working just fine for this summer.

Don't ever buy countertops from Home Depot. I purchased mine two months ago. Paid in full in advance and they took three weeks to send someone out to measure because they "could not accomodate" my schedule. The stone company forgot to send the template to home depot or so Home Depot said. Finally I get an installation date for today. Two months later.
I just got a call from the mother tickets telling me that "human error" they put me for the week on their computer calendar even thought they wrote it for today on the notes and my countertops won't be ready until next week!!! -
BUYER BEWARE.... All installations have to be paid in full before they will even order the product. So you would think the orders are placed in a timely manner and installation would be completed in one visit. We were out > $1500 last Sept. and the job is still not finished !!!! My advice.... pay with American Express and they will refund your money if the job was not done to your satisfaction. Will definitely shop at Lowe's for all my home needs from now on. Absolutely horrible customer service. Would give zero stars if possible.

Home Depot no longer cares about Veterans?
I’ve almost never left a review for a retail store before, but today I wanted to call out a problem I’m seeing at this Home Depot in hopes that the management here may reconsider some recent changes they’ve made.
1) Veteran Parking space are no more. It seems they have been replaced by online order pick up spots at this location, or removed entirely. I used to come to Home Depot specifically over competitive stores because of things like this, but it seems those have gone away.
2) Veteran discount pricing now requires you to download the Home Depot app. It used to be, as it is in many other retailers, that showing a military ID was enough to prove your service and retailers would provide military discounts as a thanks for service members. However, now Home Depot refuses to provide the discount unless you download their mobile app, make an account, give your personal information away, and only then you’re able to pull up a QR code to be scanned to apply the discount.
The second point especially was the last straw for me. I am not going to download an app for a retailer ever, especially one that adds no value to my brick and mortar shopping experience. Home Depot clearly no longer cares about Veterans and has showcased this by the above points.
I hope this is a local issue to this store, but at checkout the clerk told me the manager is forcing them to no longer bypass the app and I can only assume that comes from district management, area management, and likely corporate as a whole.
I’ll be taking my business elsewhere for now on, and telling the military families I know to do so as well. -
The installers were very professional and did a great job

I love my shutters!

Had my HVAC serviced but all they did was pushed me to get new unit installed. My HVAC was working fine and all I wanted to service.
