We were having major issues with dust buildup despite changing our air filters monthly. We were referred to Atlantic Corp and couldn’t have been happier with the results. Noah, Kevin, and Steve C. were very thorough and professional- taking care of all the dust and mold to ensure our air ducts were clean and safe.

After our dishwasher leaked causing some damage in our kitchen and crawlspace. We had to get new floors, replace the bottom of our cabinet, have some insulation replaced in our crawlspace and have all the areas that were moldy cleaned and treated.

We got a few companies to come out and provide estimates and Atlantic Corp ended up being the best fit for us.

Lacie helped us get on track and the communication from her and Danyelle was exactly what we needed. Brendan and his awesome crew came and completed all the mold remediation and demo work in the kitchen in less than a day. They were friendly and professional and definitely seemed to enjoy each other and the work they do. The next day our new flooring was delivered and we were scheduled for the install. The crew that came to install the flooring were equally amazing. They kept us informed and were done installing in record time! The floors look amazing!

Atlantic Corp. of NC was such a pleasure doing business with. They were referred to me by my mom's neighbor, and it was such a relief to call on a company that is knowledgeable, certifiable, reliable and courteous!! I called Atlantic Corp. as soon my mom had exasperated all of her remedies to try and cure her chronic cough since September. My last hope was to have her air ducts cleaned. Atlantic Corp. answered all of my questions and concerns prior to booking an appointment. Noah, Andres, and Ethan did a thorough cleaning of the vents and ductwork in the townhouse that my son rents. My husband and I were at the house while the work took place, and their team did an excellent job. Noah explained each step of the work that the team members did. They were courteous and hard working, and I am glad that the landlord/management company chose Atlantic to do the job!

We had a clogged positive drain and downspout which ended up with a few inches of water in our crawl space when we had the hurricanes this summer. Atlantic did a very thorough evaluation, gave us sreveal options, while recommending what they would do if it were their house. That was appreciated. They ended up rerouting the positive drain and downspout, installing a dehumidifier in the crawlspace and meticulously putting down a new vapor barrier. We could not be happier. They did the work in a quiet and respectful manner where our neighbors were not bothered. They did exactly what they said they would do. The onsite manager, Brandon, was incredibly easy to work with and patient while I asked dumb questions. The office was responsive and easy to work with both in terms of the quote/payment, etc. They also lined us up with an electrician who has been great to work with in installing a new gfi and worked with the town for us on its inspection. A+s all around.

They have a good business concept, and there is a need in the community for the service. Their work is good, but as their business has grown, they lack the infrastructure in overall project management, billing and effective communication to sustain the workloads they strive to maintain.

[UPDATE: Atlantic Corp reached out to apologize and offered to take care of my concerns which I appreciate. ] I didn't have the best experience. While the employees were kind they did not do a professional job. The techs said they cleaned growth/mold from the air handler. The next day I looked inside the air handler and there was still growth that had not been cleaned in a very obvious spot. They did come back and clean it after I called. Over the weekend I noticed that one of the return vents had obviously not been cleaned at all as it was covered in a large amount of dust. Additionally when they were replacing the registers on the ceiling the tech cut his hand and left blood stains on my ceiling and register and on others they left dirty fingerprints visible on the clean white registers and ceiling and stripped paint of the white screws. The dryer vent was re-installed incorrectly and loosely causing the hot humid air to constantly leak into the laundry room. I called a week ago and still have not had any response from the company to remedy this.
