I had Power Master come out to service my generator. Setting up the appointment was very easy as the staff was kind and knowledgeable. The service technician that came out was prompt, kind and efficient. I will be reaching out to them for all my needs in the future and would recommend to anyone.

We recently had our standby generator installed by PowerMaster Electric. They managed the entire project from the estimator, who listened to the installation. The level of customer service is 2nd to none. They called us prior to the hurricane to make sure we were aware of how the Generac would work should we lose power. We did indeed experience our first power outage and it was absolutely seamless! My only regret it not doing this sooner!

I'd like to share my experience with PowerMaster Electric, Inc and how they provided service to me.
From first contact, the customer service via telephone with Valerie was friendly and helpful. I needed to have my generator serviced before the end of the year, to keep the warranty intact. Due to the holiday it was going to be difficult as we all know Christmas Eve is usually a half day of work or no work. But, Valerie was able to find a technician who could come out and service my system the day before Christmas. Unusual, i know... Chris arrived this morning and got busy. He was friendly but all business. (Personally, I like that.) 45 minutes later, he was done. Everything that needed addressing, he did it. He took before & after pictures and told me what he did to resolve issues. My unit is now ready for another year of service and I am looking forward to the next successive years to come having PowerMasters make certain that everything is in good working condition. Kudos to PowerMasters for hiring Valerie and Chris as the faces that represent them. I've yet to come in contact with other employees at the compay, but I feel open and good about experiencing this kind of service again and again.👍

PowerMaster installed a backup generator at my home. The entire job was done in a timely, professional, courteous, and thorough manner and I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of their service. I was informed clearly and promptly at each step of the installation, from obtaining the estimate to the final electrical inspection. They ensured that the entire process went smoothly and there were no surprises. The installation was completed two days before Hurricane Ian blew through and it was a very good feeling knowing that I had standby power if I needed it. A big "Thank you!" to the entire PowerMaster team for providing superior customer service. They are my go-to electrical team from now on!

We wanted to secure a whole house generator. We wanted to stay local with our purchase and installation. Although we got bids from several companies, it was Power Master that we felt the most comfortable using. From start to finish, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They pulled all permits and contacted all involved. Once they were finished, the system got a true test. The power company forgot to come back to kick the power back on, so the generator provided all power until the power company came back the next day. So it is tested, monitored, and done right. We highly recommend Power Master for any generator or electrical needs.

I contacted PowerMaster about installing a whole home Generac 22kW generator. After sending some requested photos they gave me a competitive quote. I was told they could complete the installation within a month. First they delivered and placed the unit. Everything looked great. Once they called Duke Energy for the power drop we found out it would be a little longer than a month. So it took 6 weeks instead of 4. Hardly anything to worry about! They gave me the install date based on Duke's timing, showed up on time and completed the job more quickly than expected. They were efficient and neat, and left my property in good shape. They tested everything was working properly, showed me the operation details and answered all my questions. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PowerMaster and would use them again, without hesitation.

the appointment and making the whole process easy. Chris and Asber showed up exactly the time we planned and were very knowledgeable and experienced. They finished the job and explained to me in detail all the work they completed. They also left everything neat and in order. What a great experience!

We had a routine annual maintenance visit scheduled and the technician (Abser) identified a failed circuit board controller. He didn't have one on his truck but had to come back the next day (which was with a winter storm barreling down on the area). After a long day on calls out of the area he came by well after dark to replace the board right before the storm arrived. He did an excellent job communicating and updating us on his progress during the day and ETA for the evening. Well done on the customer service to get our generator up and running before the storm.

PowerMaster Electric has provided us with excellent service on our generator. The technicians, Chris and Asber, were thorough and explained everything to us. Hal came through before a severe ice storm by scheduling Asber to come to our home to install a part necessary to keep our generator running. Valerie in the office is so friendly and patient always following up to make sure our generator is running properly. Highly recommend!

Kitchens plus has remodeled our kitchen and 2 of our bathrooms. They are great to work with, punctual, professional and do such great work.

These guys did a fantastic job on my kitchen. Polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and quality work for a full tear-out and installation, including new flooring. They listened to our requests and what we wanted, gave us options and did great work. We highly recommend them and will call them back when we are ready to renovate our bathroom.

My wife and I highly recommend Kitchens Plus. From getting a quote to arranging the work, answering all our questions, and doing a great job on all 3 of our bathrooms, we couldn't be more pleased. We had two new tubs installed, a new floor in our master bathroom, and a granite countertop vanity amd pocket door for our half bath. The prices were very reasonable and we would definitely contact them again. The workers were also very friendly and punctual.

Kitchen's Plus remodeled our bathrooms, both our two full baths upstairs. They did an amazing job! Our bathrooms are gorgeous. It was full remodel, floors, tiled showers, new tubs, cabinets and granite countertops, lights, and new exhaust fans. Basically the works, great company amazing bunch of people and very respectful of your home during the entire process. They also installed granite countertops in our kitchen. Everything turned our beautiful, if you need a company to remodel your kitchen or bathrooms definitely recommend.

Highly recommend this team for any commercial countertop and kitchen related projects. We had a few areas where countertops needed to be changed out and new sinks installed. Joel & Peggy are a delight to work with -- very professional, courteous and punctual, with great communication throughout the project. We had a special need of "weekend only" work and their team got it done on time with no issues.

We did a complete remodel of our kitchen. All work was done by Kitchens Plus. During Covid it was a bit of a challenge, but the finished product is beautiful! They take great care of your property, and are skilled in all the needed trades, except the granite install. Would HIGHLY recommend them.

From start to finish, Kitchen's Plus was top-knotch. We recently had our bar lowered to counter-height. Once Joel and his crew removed our old bar, backsplash, and countertops, we had electrical outlets relocated and new countertop and backsplash re-installed. We are beyond pleased with their work. Joel, Justin, Nate and Troy were punctual, organized, tidy and so kind to us and each other. It was a pleasure to have Kitchen's Plus complete our kitchen project.
