We have a small storage shed on the back of our townhouse, the roof leaked and caused some mold to grow on the drywall in the shed. Tim removed all the damaged drywall and insulation, sprayed the studs with bleach and hung and taped new drywall. I wrongly assumed that the cleanup of the old drywall and insulation was included in the price, a lesson learned for me to ask more questions up front. Anyway, Tim went ahead and got it taken care of, so a big thank you to Tim is due for going above and beyond.

Tim is a genius! We were in the middle of a backsplash tile project, and discovered that the countertops were cut badly and didn't meet the corners of the walls. We consulted several granite specialists to possibly correct the countertops but none of them would touch it. They suggested having a drywall specialist build out the walls to meet the countertops. We found Tim and Prestigious, and he came out. The gaps were enormous & uneven, and I was convinced there was NO WAY he'd be able to fix it so it wasn't an obvious mess. He said he could do it, and he proved me wrong. No gaps, and he blended it all in beautifully. To quote the tile installer who came afterward, " Your drywall guy is brilliant." The price was quite reasonable, considering how tricky it all was.

We needed a last minute repair to list our home for sale. Tim answered the phone when we called (3 other places did not), and he was able to come by the same day for an estimate. His prices were competitive and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend him for your home project, very professional.

I contacted Tim to drywall an existing TV niche and to frame for a TV mount. He was very prompt at returning my emails and always on time with his initial visit, estimate and subsequent work schedule. His plastering skills were excellent, minimal sanding and no dust. He was willing to listen to my ideas and help me make decisions that made the project successful.

We had a plumbing repair that resulted in the need for drywall repair. We contacted Tim who scheduled an appointment for us immediately. Tim came, was very professional and did a great job on the drywall. We have already recommended him to our friends!

I was in the thick of a drywall disaster when I reached out to Tim. Against all good instincts I had gone with a friend of a friend's recommendation for a drywall installation job on my garage/work shop and the end result was not a pretty sight. A real mess. Tim responded to my quote request very quickly, inspected the work, wrote me a very fair and reasonable quote, and performed craftsman's magic. I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome- the quality of his work was par excellence. And, he is punctual, time-efficient, and clean (!). I would give him 10 stars if the rating system would let me.

I had multiple areas that needed drywall replacement as well as a large area of ceiling that needed to be made ready to paint. Tim did great work and was a pleasure to work with. He was very accommodating as I made changes to what I wanted to have done. I highly recommend him and will definetely seek his help if I have additional needs.

Tim was a pleasure to work with, from start to finish. He drywalled shut a door opening for me, on top of a few other small drywall repairs. He stuck to his schedule and estimate, and he explained everything thoroughly to me. He also cleaned up after himself very well, which is great when we're talking about drywall dust. I felt like I was in great hands, and that was definitely the case!

Tim did a fantastic job repairing my water damaged plaster ceilings and walls. I like that he did the work himself. He was on time, on budget and left the space neat and clean each time he left (it was a several day project.) He also repaired some damaged drywall and additional cracks in some of the ceilings and walls. Everything looks great! I'm so pleased and will hire him again if I ever need it!

I’ve know Tim personally for over 25 years and he has done Sheetrock and repair for my different homes and has always done a perfect job. He’s a perfectionist! He’s prompt and honorable and I wouldn’t hesitate to have him do any size job.

Tim responded to my request (submitted Tues evening) for drywall repair service within an hour of my submission. Came over to inspect the damage and provide a quote the next morning (Wed). Scheduled and completed the job the following morning (Thurs). Work was outstanding! My experience with Tim was flawless. Why can't all contractors operate like Tim? I had an accident during the holidays and needed some drywall repair. I have used a few different companies in the past that did ok work, but I noticed Tim was in our neighborhood so sent him a message. He responded quickly and set up a time to come take a look at the job and give me a quote. My wife works nights so I had to work around her schedule and Tim was super easy to work with. He came over one morning and did the majority of the work and the next morning finished up. Tim is very respectful, courteous and super knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and why. I didn’t want to do the job and waited a while as others who have done work in the past had dust all over the house, even when they said it wouldn’t be bad at all. Well, Tim is the first one I can say honored that sentiment. After his initial work prior to sanding, his work looked more finished than others I’ve seen when finished ready for paint. The sanding was very minimal and literally no dust anywhere. It is the cleanest and best work I’ve seen and will get my business again. I couldn’t recommend him enough. Quality work from a quality guy.

I know my limitations when it comes to fixing things I break. I was not going to even try and do a ceiling repair myself.

I found Tim on another site but I wanted to leave review for him. Tim was super responsive to my quote request. I called him on Monday per his request, he happened to be in the area and came right over to give me a quote. I scheduled him to come out 2 days later and he even showed up early.

He was very knowledgeable in regards to the work that needed to be done. He was concerned with the way some of the plumbing was but he found a way around it and the patch looks amazing. He was efficient, cleaned up after himself and his price was reasonable. I would use him again if necessary.

This company is one in a million! The owner Tim is responsive, professional and friendly. His estimates are reasonable and he scheduled us 4 days later. Tim was great. He was super helpful and quick to respond. When he came out to repair our drywall in the ceiling he did an excellent job, I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend him to anyone and will be using him in the future if we need any drywall work done!

I needed a ceiling drywall crack fixed and found Tim at Prestige. He showed up on time to give an estimate that was very competitive and impressed me with 40 plus years of experience and a detailed explanation of how to do the job right. He then showed up on time on the day of the repair and did an excellent job in which he thoroughly removed old material and made the repair. Did a complete clean-up and could not have been more of a professional and a gentlemen. Will call Tim for any future drywall work.

Appreciate Tim's helpfulness and expertise. He was already supportive before the appointment in guiding the taking in of a wall and baseboard due to a plumbing project. Plumbers were gonna cut boards and Tim explained how they SHOULD go about it to minimize damage. Wish the plumbers were as smart as him.

He is very knowledgeable, explained the process, and was very transparent and fair in price, saving us from more.

While we hope to have no more unplanned, emergency situations requiring drywall repair, we would reach back out for planned projects in the future.
