You can always count on Wayne Edwards for prompt and professional service, our go-to guy for all our plumbing needs. Wayne fixed a broken toilet for us on 4/25 and also replaced a pressure regulator valve in our crawl space vastly improving the water pressure which had been poor for quite a while, we're very pleased.

It's the middle of Thanksgiving holiday week, I had just finished a bathroom and kitchen remodel, guests come in today, there's clean up to do of the junk from the remodel and my hot water just gave out. Not a good scenario with guests coming to stay at your house two days before thanksgiving.

I called Plumbing Solutions and thank God, they had an opening. Wayne, came in and he was amazing. He didn't take advantage of the fact that we were under pressure due to the holidays to try and make money, He correctly assessed the matter, saw that thermostats on our water heater needed change and quickly solved it. Other plumbers had suggested to buy and install a new water heater without even coming into our home.

Wayne has done everything from reconnecting my gas meter after it was moved to installing a on demand hot water heater. Wayne always does a professional job, calls ahead, and keeps his appointments. Wayne is the epitome of great customer service. I reached out to explain the issues with our bathrooms and he was able to identify via phone that it was a septic issue and recommended a couple of local companies to call for septic concerns. He reached out several times via email to see if we had addressed the problem. Thank the good Lord for people like Wayne and the team at Hardee's Septic. Wayne is not only a great plumber but is truly a gentleman and overall nice guy. You’ll receive prompt service and he calls when he’s on his way to your house. He’s very courteous and will wear shoe covers when in your home. He has worked on just about every faucet and toilet in our home and most recently flushed out our tankless hot water heater which is something many folks forget about doing. Wayne was punctual, efficient, polite, knowledgeable and informative. He fixed our terrible water pressure issue, replaced 2 leaking/faulty hose spigots, and fixed my kitchen faucet issue along with installing an inline water filter on it. Everything works great now and I will definitely be using him for any/all future plumbing needs.

I am well pleased with service. Even though the plumber was not able to personally come to work on my issue due to being backed up with other jobs; he addressed my situation through text messages and helped me fix the problem. Thankfully, I didn’t have a water heater problem it was just a missing cartridge he was able to spot it was missing and solved my cold water days!!

Rooter & Sons Plumbing replaced the main water line to the house from the street. It was a difficult job, with 40 year old trees and their roots. I am also a gardener and sensitive about my native plants. The crew did the best they could to disturb the yard as little as possible, using mostly a "trench-less" installation. They were very courteous and answered all our concerns very politely. I would recommend this company!

Great local and honest business that I would highly recommend! I had to have the water pressure tank replaced underneath my house and the job was very well done and a very fair price and done quickly.

We’ve used them a number of times over the years and I can’t say enough good things about them. Generally when you need a plumber, you need them quickly and they always were able to come within a few hours. We’ve called other companies and they always quoted us the next day or more. The services are great, professional and affordable.

Evan and Aaron were two spectacular young plumbers. They were absolutely professional, courteous, patient, and efficient. I highly recommend Rooter and Sons. Their prices are absolutely reasonable, and I believe that their employees go above and beyond to ensure that they do a job well done. Called Rooter for a routine annual water heater inspection and maintenance. Next day the tech was available to come. Our tech - Evan - was great. He was punctual, polite, and professional. He listened to what I had to say, walked me through the job, and everything was finalized before he got to work. He did it quickly and didn't leave a mess. Made sure everything was in order before leaving. He also took time to answer a lot of my questions during the process.

Price-wise: I was charged about $200 for the inspection and maintenance flush.
