Top Notch Service from beginning to end! We had an emergency situation and when I called Rooter & Sons Plumbing they were here within an hour and we had a new unit put in same day! Stephen was absolutely amazing and very patient with us as we asked questions and he took the time to explain everything to us. We hope that we will not have any plumbing issues in the near future but when we do we will definitely be calling Rooter & Sons! We also want to give a shout out to Tracey for her excellent service by taking our situation seriously and sending someone out immediately.

Great plumber and responsive with competitive pricing for my emergency commercial plumbing issue I had. We had a frozen broken backflow and they got onsite within a couple hours and knocked it out and got the water restored. Will definitely be using them again, when the need arises. Recommend them to anyone searching for a good plumber, with quality workmanship.

I discovered a leak in my well line on a Sunday evening, Rooter & Sons was able to schedule a tech first thing Monday morning at 8am.

The tech Evan showed up right on time, gave me a quote and scope of work before starting the job, was done in a very reasonable amount of time so we could get our water back on, and cleaned up after the job. Evan was also a a pleasure to chat with while he worked and gave me a few pointers on a couple of other things around the house.

Great company, easy to work with, professional, and very reasonably priced.

I highly recommend working with them.

Outstanding! Rooter and Sons removed an about to burst water heater and installed a tankless RSC199IN in the attic of my newly purchased townhouse in Cary. This was complete with recirculation, a retrofit into a 25 year old house, and WIFI control so that the unit and recirculation could be controlled remotely without the need to go up to my attic using pull down stairs to adjust it. Anyone who looks at this type of job realizes this is not a trivial installation. The completed unit looks as good as it operates. They took their time, paid attention to every detail and went the extra step to make sure the recirculation settings were correct for my use. I have more plumbing work that I want done and I will absolutely use Rooter and Sons Plumbing.

I've had my house re-plumbed, a utility sink installed in my garage and and the gas hookup completed for a new dual fuel oven. In my opinion, all work was of high quality. Thank you!

Evan came out from Rooter and Sons to repair my toilet tank which wasn’t filling up. He showed up on time replaced the fill valve and cleaned up after hisself. He was professional and very knowledgeable about his craft. Also. My pipes in the crawl space were making a noise when the water was on so I asked if he’d take a look. He said the noise was coming from the PRV (Pressure Relief Valve) and it needed to be replaced. He wrote me an estimate and sent to me via email. I’ve used Rooter and Sons for several years and have always been satisfied with their work. Evan acted and sounded like a seasoned plumber for being as young as he is. Was very comfortable with his competency.

My wife and I had Rooter and Sons come out to add a faucet and add drainage to our new sink/counter.

Eric was professional, on time, explained everything well, and did solid/clean work.

You get what you pay for and I know I don't have to worry about the work he did.

2/29/24 Update: I have now had Rooter and Sons out to my house 3 times. Each time they sent Erik Murphy. I can not impress enough how professional he is. Everything is shown to me with pictures, and explained before done. An estimate is given that rarely is added to, and the work is so well done. I have also dealt with the office management, and they are fast to respond and are extremely helpful. Service and quality every time

I will recommend Rooter & Sons to everyone!!! Technician John and his other team member did an amazing job. I hate I did keep the team members name. We were having issues with water pressure. We have 4 bathrooms but come only use 1 at a time in terms of water pressure. If washer was on no showers. If you were in the shower flushed the commode pressure dropped 70%. After work completed we turned all 4 showers on and the washer, no noticeable drop. John explained the scope of work to be done and the price along the way. Chase is super nice and polite he explain the problem and gave me info on how to take care of the new one. He recommended as well a sediment trap.

Stephen B. came to our house to fix a toilet that had previously leaked in our house. He was very knowledgeable and explained all that he was doing to ensure the toilet wouldn’t leak again. After completing the work he even took a few minutes to show me the steps on how to safely shut off and flush our water heater. Great service.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. They fit me on short notice, completed the job quickly, and Chase the technician was so personable. Whatever you're paying him, double it!!!

Stephen came out the morning after I called. He pointed out a couple of things I wasn't aware of, so the job was more involved than I'd originally thought, but he and his crew were professional and courteous, answered all my questions, and took care of everything in a couple of hours. In hindsight I was glad I got pro advice. Would call again.

They told me they did free estimates, but the tech came, looked at a few things and told me I needed to replace my whole well system and quoted 6k. He didn't really tell me what was actually wrong, he was just assuming the system was old. He then charged me a diagnostic fee of $160, even though he didn't diagnose anything.

I called another plumber who came same day, tested a few things and told me the gauge was faulty. He replaced it immediately, showed me the faulty gauge and the problem is fixed. This company is not interested in repairing anything, and they're not honest about their estimates.

Stephen B provided excellent customer service and outstanding work. He arrived, explained what he would do, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. We will continue to use Rooter and Sons' services.

My son used them for his water heater replacement and referred them to me. So I contacted them via their website and got technician for free estimate in the same day. Stephen Brackley was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He replaced my old water heater next day and did exceptionally good job with his helpers (very good guys too) in a very hot attic. Good job guys! Thanks a lot!
