Mr Lee from Coolgreen Heating And Air, came over my rental house and performed a complete inspection of the system.
He informed my husband and I about the issues at hand and he told us that he will build a complete report about a switch that was missing and is not in accordance with NC regulation.
He was very professional and took his time to make his assessments, we are very thankful for his visit.

Unfair to woman . I had a balance that I owed Barack. I made one large payment and agreed to pay rest the next month.!Have been in hospital 2 times, 3 deaths in family. I told him, If you need to turn me in for not paying I will understand I use to own a business myself. Then he sends another bill and I promise when I get the money I will pay you. I am going in hospital again for shoulder surgery, Some money came today, I called him first to pay him. Today I will give you $500 and the rest in two weeks. I recorded the call , you can only take $500 today that is all I can pay and the rest in 2 weeks. We agreed, 3 hours later they deducted it all. Now I have checks that will bounce. I was trying my best to make it right and now with bounced checks and fees it will cost me a lot. I am an older woman and live by myself, this is the 4th time in 20 years for me and it has been men owned businesses have lied or try to take advantage of me. I am tired it it. I was always going to pay him the full amount

Two different techs from Coolgreen thoroughly explained the work they were doing and the reasons. This heat pump unit is working great after their service call. The main contact / front office / scheduling could use some refinement in communications, but any communication is better than many vendors in this trade.

Ala was very courteous, explained it nicely, clean and organized. But when they came to actually replace the heat pump, there was water in the old exchange which was drained in attic causing a leakage and messed up my ceiling with water stain. Also while removing the old one they dropped it on hardwood floors causing two deep dents. They do not respond to calls or texts.

The technicians at Coolgreen are top notch. Unfortunately for us, this is the second time we have worked with Ala Lee in about a month due to evaporator coil issues on our main AC unit. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and apparently a dog person. He keeps you informed about the work he is doing and the cost of repairs that need to be completed. Highly recommend.
