Burak installed our ductwork, he and his helper made a great job. Ducts are sealed very well. After they got job done, they cleaned our basement. Highly recommended these guys.

this company came out to inspect my unit and the guy kept saying he didnt know what was wrong and was saying it was a few things, that my TXV was bad, my pipes were clogged, my ducts were poorly designed and we need a new unit ect. I asked for the pictures and diagnostic to be sent to me for several days, he kept saying he was busy and he never sent them. well I decided to get a second opinion. The new company came and did the inspection and advise to have some caps put on and a wire replaced. I asked about the TXV and he stated; this unit does not have a TXV, I also asked about the other things cool green stated were bad. The new guy said everything was fine its just an old unit. so the new guy put caps and replaced the wire and our unit is working great.
beware of this cool green company, giving false information.

After a lot of work and trying different things they determined that our system wasn't compatible with the new thermostat, but they did a great job explaining everything and were able to hook back up our old thermostat. The representative Ala was very professional. He found the following problems with my AC units that need immediate attention at my home at 3225 Silver Ore Court Wake Forest, NC 27587.
1. Shredder
2. Replace capacitor - rusted
3. Drain line defective
He explained these needed repair/replacement parts are in his report. Please contact me for next steps to get my AC working optimally asap. Thank you. Call me if necessary to place a new ticket to get these repairs done as soon as possible.

Thank you to my technician Ala! I had a previous negative experience with a different company- my HVAC system was flooding water and we were unsure why. The other company was charging me alot of money for an expensive “fix” that they were not sure was going to keep the HVAC from flooding. I asked for a second opinion from a different company and Coolgreen Heating & Air were sent out. Ala was very cordial and quickly noticed a simple fix the other “experienced” technician did not. He brought all his equipment in and fixed the issue on the spot. He checked several other components before determining everything else was good. I’m so thankful! I look forward to future maintainence checks knowing he knows his stuff. I would highly recommend.
