I'd be careful if I were you. They charge based on how much they think you can afford to pay and not based on the actual job. Investors be extremely careful with this guy bc he'll want to know how much you paid for the house and how much it'll be with worth after repairs and he'll charge based on that. Be wary.

Anthony did a number of projects on our house including replacing aged electrical components, running Ethernet through the house, and a number of other small repairs that needed to be done. I’m very pleased with the work and was impressed by his professionalism.

I had Alpha come in and mount a TV above my natural stone fireplace (a bit more of a job than I wanted to tackle). They flexed around my work schedule and knocked the job out with an excellent end product. Plus they left everything clean as could be and had great follow up.
