After previous workers hired by our leasing company botched a simple plumbing issue which caused several complications to our home, Justin came to the rescue and made sure we were taken care of properly. The previous company made a sizable hole in the drywall in our upstairs bedroom that was never closed after “fixing” a small plumbing issue with the shower. This “fix” resulted in mold growing over the back wall and roof of our garage as there was still a leak, and was left unnoticed and untreated for over a YEAR because our leasing company never sent anyone out. Justin immediately recognized what the problem was after an initial diagnosis, he realized that the leak that was supposedly fixed, was in fact, still leaking. As a result the job took longer than he expected, but the results were phenomenal. I’m happy that our family is able to use our garage again without the need to worry about all the mold. Would definitely recommend for your home, Thanks, Justin!

I was referred to Encore by my Realtor as he had positive experiences in the past and I wasn't disappointed. Hector and John did a very good job on our bathroom and were very patient and polite and even answered lots of my questions regarding things unrelated to what they were working on. Sent out by my realty agent for what turned out to be an embarrassingly simple fix. But, they didn’t make me feel silly and took the time to show me what I needed to do should it ever happen again. Also, very friendly to my dogs, including my 5-month old puppy who is still working on his manners! Just appreciated the kindness :)

We used Encore RRC for a bathroom reconstruction after experiencing a leak that caused buckling in our master bath/bedroom flooring. They mitigated our water damage, fixed our plumbing issues, replaced tile and hardwood flooring, and installed new bathroom fixtures. We cannot speak highly enough of Encore's team. They were prompt, professional, responsive and detail oriented. They were exceedingly friendly and a pleasure to work with. They were very familiar with insurance claims and provided thorough documentation, as required by insurance. Every member of the team was outstanding. Even after the work had been completed and paid for, they continued to respond to our questions and needs. We really couldn't be happier. We heard so many horror stories about working with contractors and we had a lot of concerns. We are grateful to Encore's team for ensuring we had absolutely nothing to worry about. Very pleased with the service we received from Encore. We had water damage in our home, and they took care of everything for us. The team did a great job, from the first time they showed up after hours to mitigate the issue, until the day the floor was replaced. When they had completed the job, our home was left in better condition that it was prior to the damage. Mike and his team did an amazing job, and I would definitely recommend them.

Was referred by a friend who had a great experience but only because the owner was involved throughout the process.

The owner was not involved in my renovations, as promised, and instead had his sales manager in charge. Yes that’s correct. A sales manager.

The job was done poorly - I had to pay another company and fix several items, including tiling the shower.

The sales manager stole from me - bourbon, a new purse that was a gift - the owner, Mike, called me a liar, swore at me. Never reimbursed me. Demanded payment on an unfinished job. Had his team walk out on the job.

Icing on the cake - Years later, Mike calls me to tell me his sales manager was indeed a thief and asked if I would testify in court.

Mike - you never apologized, never offered to make things right or to replace what was stolen. If you did, I wouldn’t be writing you this review.

Did not replace damaged floor resulted from water leak. Put new floor on damaged foundation. No knowledge how to repair and replace wood base foundation before putting the final outer floor.Toilet was wobbling and not stable. Waisted all the money I paid them. I called the company and they did not offer me any solution. I will not recommend this company to any one. Hired another company to fix the problem and they did it the right way.

Encore RRC is a top notch company!!! I had them out to diagnose a leak in my down stairs ceiling and I couldn't be happier with the work. They arrived on time, figured out the problem quickly, and did a flawless repair to the ceiling that had to be removed. I absolutely will use them again on other projects and highly highly recommend them!! If you're looking for a company that can do it all and do it all well, look no further!! The Encore team repairing our hardwood floors did an excellent job as well! They worked so hard, including Saturday and Sunday to get our flooring completed. This work included replacing some floorboards that had been ruined from a plumbing leak, sanding our entire first level space (to keep the finished product even), staining and apply two top coats of polyurethane, and finally replacing all of the quarter round trim pieces and putting our furniture back where it belongs, and cleaning house.

It turned out beautifully!

Each part of the Encore team worked hard and delivered a very pleasing final product! This includes Russ, the project manager. He was available if needed and came to personally check on progress through the course of the work.

Encore showed up within 2 hours of filing a claim with insurance company for a water leak. Karl immediately set out to mitigate the damage so it didn't worsen. The leak was repaired immediately and required opening up a wall. The restoration was about a 2 week process and included repairs, a complete pack-out, painting, hardwood floor sanding and refinishing, and pack-back. The end result was beautiful. I have moved over 20 times and a special mention must be made of Patricia and her crew. I never experienced such a competent and professional group of people who cared for our items as if it was their own. Mike went the extra mile to safely move a heavy safe and ensured no damage occurred to the newly refinished floors or door frames. The communication was constant throughout the entire process and their estimate of repairs was very fair and reasonable. For those who find themselves requiring the services of Encore, rest assured that you will find yourself in good hands.

I will start with the positive.

Karl, the General Manager, showed great commitment to the customer and was knowledgeable and efficient in his approach to handling the water mitigation project in my garage.

Patricia, the Contents Project Manager, was a wonderful part of the team. She was quite devoted, organized, and kind to me during such a stressful time.

On other hand, Owner Michael Irelan did not show respect. He misrepresented the scope of his licensure gained completing the Plumbing Class I.

Michael argued on the phone then hung up on me midway through the conversation.

Lastly, Michael sent me a text message threatening to put a lien on my house.

I cannot give him a favorable review.
