The experience I had with RHD Property was great. They installed drywall in one of my bathrooms. I requested an estimate on February 10th, They came out on February 11th to complete the estimate and my bathroom ceiling was fixed on February 13th. The process was a breeze and everyone was so professional. The drywall was installed beautiful and their prices are reasonable. RHD was very pleasant to work with and very accommodating. They performed repairs on our parents home, after it was damaged due to mold, RHD came in explained everything and went right to work. We hired RHD to do some home renovations in the house we recently bought. They gutted and remodeled the master bath, installed a window in the master bedroom, painted kitchen cabinets and installed new cabinets and a pantry on the opposite wall of the existing cabinets, built built in book shelves in our living room, and moved the door for our laundry room. RHD was very responsive to all communication and easy to work with. They were able to give me a quote within a few days of contacting them and were able to begin work immediately, which was hard to find in the middle of COVID quarantine. They were easy to talk to and negotiate with when I needed to add or remove items from the project. My only complaint would be that their initial quote process needs to be more detailed. Several charges came up throughout the project that should have been included originally, but weren't. However, they were very understanding with this frustration through the process and we were able to compromise and both agree if any new charges were added. It was nice to hire someone who knew about this scope of work. They do subcontract the work out, but the subcontractors were excellent and it was nice to have an expert overseeing our home renovation. I would recommend them to anyone beginning a home renovation project.

I couldn’t be happier with this vent. It fit perfectly and looks great. The customer service was informative and responsive.

We had a vent cover that was supposed to be delivered by mid March. Each week they told us it’s going to deliver next week. After weeks of stalling us and giving us false promises they just cancelled our order (more than a month after its promised delivery date). To make it worse they claimed that we requested the cancellation. Zero accountability and terrible customer service! Stay away

7 weeks later and we have no vent.

We ordered a custom return vent. They quoted a 4 week delivery time. They did not deliver in 4 weeks. Each week after this delay we called and they claimed it would be "next week". Each week was a lie; we never received our vent.

After 3 additional weeks (7 weeks from time of order) they canceled our order inexplicably claiming we requested cancelation. We did no such thing.

We have been advised to open litigation with the company. Avoid doing business with them at all costs.
