I had a great experience with Carolina Clean Pro. Michael arrived on time and was very polite and efficient. The carpet he cleaned looks amazing!

I've used Carolina Clean Pro a couple of times now and will continue to be a regular customer. They've helped keep my couches and carpet looking, feeling and smelling fresh and new. They work quick and methodically and don't cut any corners like some other carpet cleaners I've had in the past. I enjoy supporting a local small business too instead of the large franchises. Communication is great with flexibility in scheduling.

Our carpets were in dire need of a good deep clean. Carolina Clean Pro was referred to us by a neighbor who has been using them for a bit. I received a quote over the phone when making the appointment and I was pleasantly surprised how reasonable it was. Lots of times companies will charge you extra for things once they come to the house to do the job, not these guys. They honored the quote, showed up on time and called to let me know they were 15 out. I’m very pleased with the job they did and I will definitely call on them again if my carpets need a good cleaning.

Super Impressed with the cleaning of my sofa and loveseats. They were heavily soiled with soot from years of fireplace use- and they look and smell like new again! See the before and after pics attached. ☺️

I scheduled an appointment seamlessly online for an upholstery cleaning at 5 pm on Tuesday Aug 20 for an open slot the next morning between 10 am - 12 pm. Carolina Clean Pro promptly responded, confirming the appointment, and explaining the process. They arrived on time, worked diligently to remove staining and odor from the heavily soiled couch. Best service we could ask for! 10/10

Very pleased with the entire process. Mike kept me well informed and when they arrived, the work was quickly accomplished. Carpets look fabulous.

He knows his stuff! Wool rugs get treated differently and most carpet cleaners ignore this. This is important to note when assessing a cleaner.

My carpets weren't masked with perfume which was also nice. When things like soaps and perfumes are left in a carpet, it means soil will be sticking to it in no time. Carolina Pro understands this. It also seems like the rugs were devoid of soaps. This is critical.

As for being a great guy, yup! He had that as well. I am facing knee replacements and it just about killed me to move furniture. I was treated to a massive chair being returned to it's spot as well as some other heavy items. This act of kindness was SOOOOOO appreciated

Hired them to repair a hole in my carpet. Love my dog, but I don’t love his penchant of eating things… Anyway, the repair is perfect! While they were here, they re-tacked another carpet that hadn’t been properly installed. Highly recommend!
