Dishonest company. Came and cleaned my house for 2.5 hrs, charged me for 3. Left dirty dishes upstairs hid clothing and threw away my dog treats I had to fish out of the trash. Customer service ignored me for two weeks and put me through a runaround refusing to take accountability.

My wife and I have never been great with keeping up with the house cleaning. Even less so now that we have a two year old son and highly demanding full-time jobs. We signed up with Molly Maid of SE Wake county in May 2018 to help us stay ahead of the mess generated by two busy adults, a two year old boy, three geriatric cats, and one geriatric dog. Team #3 (Maria and Esmeralda) come every two weeks, they arrive on time for every visit (I receive an email the night before their visit that provides a 1-hour window for their arrival time), and leave our house looking immaculate every time! We highly recommend Molly Maid of SE Wake county if you find yourself in need of some dependable and affordable help keeping up with the cleaning.

We opened the Red Door Homes Design Center in White Oak Shopping Center recently and were experiencing some problems getting the floor cleaned to my satisfaction. I needed a weekly cleaning solution anyway, so I spoke with Molly Maids and lined them up. They experienced similar frustratiosn on their first visit, but took the initiative to get a different type of mop and it solved the problems. They are now responsible for my weekly cleaning. They are responsive to special requests and are always diligent in confirming their schedule, etc. They would be a great option for other commercial needs like ours and I am sure they do the same type of award winning service for their residential clients.

I just started with Molly Maid & my team is Chilo & Modesta. Both were very nice. As soon as I opened the door you could smell the freshness. My floors were spotless & shiny. They did an amazing job through out the whole house.

We used Molly Maids for a move out clean. I am in the third trimester of pregnancy and have not been able to tend to the housework like I normally would. I figured it would take forever and cost a lot to get the house in shape for move out. Molly maids finished the cleaning in 3 hours and with excellent attention to detail with nothing left undone. We plan to use Molly Maids for regular cleaning at our new house. It was an excellent experience.

I have used this cleaning service off and on for many years. The ladies are always punctual, reliable, cheerful, honest, thorough, and amazingly quick. Their work always leaves behind a sweet-smelling haven of order. Living with chronic pain, my home falls into clutter that my limits cannot keep up with, and I am grateful that this company was compassionate enough to be willing to come to an arrangement, adapt their usual procedures, and do a little extra picking up when cleaning my home. Our house was spotless! Yami and Veronica did an excellent job. It's the cleanest our house has ever been when we've hired a cleaning service. I highly recommend Molly Maids of SE Wake. My wife and I hired Molly Maid to clean our new house before we moved in. Yami and Nancy (team #4) showed up right on time and cleaned the place top to bottom. They were conscientious about doing a good job and asked if anything in particular needed attention. Very happy with the service.

Team # 2 does very satisfactory work. I trust them in my house even when I am not there. Molly Maid has cleaned our house every two weeks for approximately 10 years. The same team of two people regularly service our house.

I was very pleased with the customer service when calling in for information on a one-time move-out cleaning. I spoke with two different ladies on two different occasions and they were both SO nice and professional. When booking she made me feel so excited and confident that they would "WOW" me and THEY DID! I have never, ever used a cleaning service before so this was my first experience. They left my home sparkling clean in every nook and cranny and left me PROUD to sell to the next owner. I've been with Molly Maid for about 8 months now and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. I love coming home after the days they've been there. They take great care of my things, are consistent, reliable and just plain amazing. I'm even impressed that they always put things back where they "belong" and do a much better job organizing my shoe closet than I do. :) I would highly recommend them, absolutely worth the expense.

The ladies from Molly Maid showed up on time, were very professional, we walked through the house & they asked questions. They did an amazing job & I will be using them on a regular basis going forward. Highly recommend them if you enjoy a clean house as much as I do!

Our "team" Lula and Lucila provide exceptional cleaning service time and time again. They have cleaned our home once a month for the past two years. They are always on time, perform a very thorough cleaning, and give great attention to detail. They always exceed my expectations. I love coming home from a long day to an immaculate home! Molly Maid prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of the service and the administrators in the office are a dream to work with. This entire company cares deeply about their service and I will be a customer for life!

Natalina and Krystal did an outstanding job at our home, yesterday 10 Sep 2020. Our bathrooms were spotless, floors throughout the house were looking awesome. If it is at all possible, I would like to have this same crew do my house cleaning on a regular basis. :) Our neighbor, whom we recommended to Molly Maids, had her first cleaning yesterday also and was very impressed with the work of Natalina and Krystal! I understand she received $20.00 off her first cleaning and we should expect $20.00 dollars off too. :)

We have had Molly Maids cleaning our house for almost 6 years and they have done a wonderful job. The team (Team #1) is very professional and thorough. They are prompt and keep to the scheduled appointment and they leave the house immaculate. I couldn't be happier with them.

I have been using Molly Maid for over 3 years. They clean every 2 weeks and receive payment after each service. Ms. Ashley calls to tell me I owe $458. WHAT!? This is the same manager, who will send the team to clean my house on Thursday and send me a text the very next Tuesday with another cleaning. That’s not biweekly. This has happened several times and I have the text to prove it. This is the same manager who will charge me $170 for one cleaning and $128 for the next cleaning. This is the same manager who texted to say I have a credit of $40 so I only owe $85 but will run my card for $130. I see why the book keeping is flawed! And if I owed, which I do not, why are you consistently coming to clean my house!? Please beware of the shady business practices!

I've had my house cleaned by the ladies from this company for a few months now, and the cleaning ladies are great. But last week I was charged $100 more than the usual cost, out of the blue. I've been calling for three days straight, and they have not resolved my issue. They lost me as a customer since I can't trust them anymore with my payment information.
