Mike did a wonderful job with the carpets in my townhouse! He was able to remove a pet stain and a stain that the previous tenant left. Carolina Clean Pro managed to squeeze me in despite their training schedule which really helped make the move out inspection smoother! I will be utilizing them again for future carpet cleanings!

Molly Maid of SE Wake is the best cleaning service out there!! Lula and Lucilla have been cleaning my home for many years, and they always do a spectacular job! They care for my home as if it were their own, impressive attention to detail! Lula even greets my two dogs by name! My husband and I recently bought a home and wanted a deep clean at a reasonable price so my elderly parents would not end up helping us clean showers and tubs - they do not take no for an answer! Team had a cancellation and came to the home earlier than expected, which I was excited about! Turns out that was probably a disaster. Took over three hours for them to "clean" and left me with dirty floors, cabinets, showers, etc. and the response when I put in my complaint was to send the same people out to re-clean the next week. First, I had already cleaned after them so I didn't need that. And second, I do not want those people touching my home ever again. That was a terrible attempt to "fix" the issue. Horrible horrible cleaning job and would never recommend this company to anyone. I feel they stole my money.

There is nothing like coming home to a clean house!! I can smell it as soon as I open the door. I have been using them for almost a year? (I can't remember my life before Molly Maids!) So happy. Team#1 is the #1 team!!!!
