Great communication on their ETA. Our carpets and couch came out looking brand new and we had some pet stains. I love the fact that they put down protective equipment on the corners in the house to make sure that the hose didn’t drag over them and damage anything! I would only use carpet pro cleaners in the future.

Carpet Pro Cleaners were great to work with. Booking the appointment online was easy and their website is very informative. They communicated well before arrival and Wesley and Keegan did a great job on my carpets. They got out a stain that I worried would not come out. They also trimmed some spots my cat had pulled and made the carpet look brand new again. The carpets smelled really fresh too. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this service.

We had a great experience with this carpet cleaning service from start to finish. Communication was excellent — they clearly let us know when they were on the way and arrived during their arrival window, which I really appreciated since this is a rental property so I had to coordinate coming out there.

Wesley was especially great to work with. He took the time to walk us through what would be done, explained the process clearly. The attention to detail really showed in the final result — the carpets look and smell fantastic and feel refreshed. His afterwork notes were detailed and realistic which I greatly appreciated. The previous tenants seemed to just spill coffee everywhere.

They did a beautiful job with my new home. I recently moved into a house where the previous tenants left the carpet smelling like a wet dog. Terrible company! They dont pay their employees fairly. The owner is very rude to customers and employees. Also, they hire convicts straight out of prison and into your home.
