Go elsewhere the owner Mike Ireland is very unprofessional. Let me first say that the technician that arrived at my home was friendly and professional, the person who answered the phone was also polite, however, that is where my compliments end. The contract states that you have 3 days in which to notify them if there is a problem. Upon the carpet drying I noticed that some of the stains had returned. I received a call from the owner who was irate, threw the phone down yelling that all I wanted was for them to return....yep! I will never use this company again not because their work was subpar because we all know that sometimes the stains might return upon drying, I will never use or recommend this company because of the actions of the owner Mike who acted like a juvenile yelling and screaming at his client who never even raised their voice.

My technician was Mike he did an amazing job so happy with the results the carpets looked brand new when he was done! This company has awesome prices every time I used them I have been very satisfied!

We used Encore for cleaning of tile flooring in our kitchen. They were on time and courteous, however did not do a very good job. The floor was still visibly dirty places immediately after cleaning. We used a swiffer on one area and immediately had significant dirt on the pad. I understand that jobs cannot all be perfect, but when I called back to voice my concerns, I was initially met with a lack of responsiveness. I had no problems getting them on the phone to schedule an appointment, but after telling them about the suboptimal job, and being promised a call back, it took 3 days and multiple phone calls for a response. And the response in essence was "Too bad, there is nothing we can do, you shouldn't have used the swiffer after." They also claimed that our HVAC system may have somehow made the floor dirty. No offer to come back to redo the job, no offer of any sort of discount or refund. I had used them before this time and had no issues, but given this lapse in customer service and post-service support, I wont be using them again.

I had hired this business to clean a home that my in laws had just purchased before they had moved in. I was given 3 option packages from Encore, basic cleaning, standard or complete floor, walls, windows, etc. I had gone with the complete house cleaning option. I'm not denying that cleaners did not arrive but the floor was never swept let alone mopped, there was the original dust from when the house was purchased and windows and bathrooms were never even touched. I had gone to the house the day after the cleaners were there to see the status and not only was I completely in shock from the lack of effort but one of the cleaners had left their sleep medication on the kitchen counter in a house that has no furniture in it whatsoever! I had contacted the company on 3 occasions as well as sent photos of the work that wasn't performed without a call back. I finally contacted the credit card company to dispute the charge since the service was never performed and don't you know Encore counter disputed the charge. Horrible business that I will never recommend to any of my customers as a business owner myself.

I would like to give a 5 star rating to Omar. This young man did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. He actually got a stain out of my carpet that a previous carpet cleaner claimed that he could not. I think I can make it a little while longer during the pandemic before I change out my floor because Omar has my carpet looking brand new.

Just had my carpets cleaned by this amazing company yesterday! When I first had them come in I was only getting my 2 main rooms done, But once that was completed and I more than satisfied, I just went ahead and added my 4 other rooms in and Had my kitchen tile flooring done! the guys were very friendly, fast and knowledgeable about what they were doing, I will never use another service again! Thank you guys for your awesome work! and Ill be seeing you all soon!

Arrival time was good!! Customer service was awful. I shouldn’t have to tell a technician to bring towels nor blankets to put down on my hardwood floors! They should always be prepare whether there is carpet in the entire house or not!! I shouldn’t have to use my blankets nor towels to clean up water spills. Poor communication between both receptionist, Ashley and the other Ashley. This was mentioned that I had hardwood floors, however they didn’t relate this to Omar which made the situation worst!! Still, he should have been prepare, regardless!!! “ The End”.

I decided to go with a local Mom and Pop service to support the locals. The cleaning crew showed up at my house at the scheduled time but hit my mailbox and ran over my flowers trying to back into the driveway. Encore owner Mike was rude and very discourteous towards me and did not fix my mail box. I had to call 911 and needless to say I did not have my carpet cleaned. Very dissatisfied with the professionalism of this company and the owner. Mike, the owner was even rude and doubtful of the sheriff, when they reached out to discuss the matter with him. He asked the sheriff how do I know you are a sheriff. He asked his driver to leave the scene and he didn't send anyone to repair the damages. Well if you had not told your driver to leave the scene of a crime, you would have known it was a REAL sheriff. I now have to take Encore Carpet Services to small claims court to get my money back for the cost of repairing my mailbox and flower bed. I wish I had read the reviews about this company and the owner prior. I hope this review helps people make a decision about NOT selecting this company. I should have stuck with Stanley Steemers, a well-respected carpet cleaning business. See pics of how his driver mowed into my mailbox and flowers surrounding it.

Omar did a great job cleaning our carpets today. Since the deal was for 5 rooms and we only had two, he kindly cleaned the area rugs as well. Polite and with a good personality; quick, too. Very happy with Encore. I've used them before and will again!

Showed up on time. Very polite. Very efficient and most of all they did a great job on some pretty worn down and stained carpet. Will 100% use again in the future.
