Sadly I had not had my carpets cleaned since they were installed 5 years ago. I called Regional Carpet Care and Shawn and Vanessa came out to clean my carpet. They were amazing every step of the way. The communicated their arrival time and explained the cleaning process in detail. The finished product looks seriously like new carpet. They also cleaned my area rug and it looks fantastic! I promise I won’t wait another 5 years for my next service. Thanks so much for your hard work!

I have worked with Regional at multiple hotel companies and they have always been amazing to do business with. This my second time using Stanley Steemer and I am just as impressed as I initially was. My sectional looks brand new. Remi is an amazing technician and cares about his clients. He gives 150 % and makes sure you are happy with everything before he leaves. This guy knows his business ! Highly recommend asking for him.

Ryan came over and fixed my mess. My vacuum opened and spilled ashes from my fireplace all over my brand new carpet. I tried to clean it up to no avail. Ryan was quick to show up and worked diligently getting all the stain out of my carpet. He was responsive to my concerns and did an awesome job. My hats off to Stanley Steamer for their quick response and having an awesome worker. Thanks again Ryan for all you did!

The technicians did the job but don't care the walls recently painted, also the piece they cut on the unit at crawl space was left there as debris, but don't think I review the job and they don't give any reason why, until I requested to disposal that piece.
Don't even remove the yellow tape used to cover the AC VENTS , any way they did that after I requested.
They are young people, that are kind, just need to be trained in a better way to do real profesional job.
Hope the vacuum did the rest of the job well.

Antonio was professional, friendly and did an amazing job. He Steam cleaned our couch, love seat, living room carpet and an area rug. The furniture ended up taking some extra time because the fabric type but he spent the extra effort to do extra passes and get them to look beautiful. Next time we hire Stanley Steamer we plan to request Antonio! Very happy with the company in general. I hired another company once that only used a cleaning machine that they brought into the house. (Something I could have rented myself) Stanley uses a deep cleaning method that involves powerful suction from a larger machine in their company utility van via a long hose into your house. Our carpet is old and frankly we should go ahead and replace it, but after Stanley Steam clean the carpet pile is raised and looks SO much newer. Great experience, we highly recommend them

Another great experience with Stanley Steemer! Quality, professional, and efficient carpet cleaning, also had hardwood floor in kitchen cleaned and they applied a maintenance coat of a light polyurethane which really breeze New Life into the floors. I have used these guys for 15 plus years. Never had a bad experience.

Servicemen were very professional came in and explained everything before they started did a follow up walk-through at the completion of the job. The job was fast and quick. Everything went very smooth.

Damon did a fantastic job for us! Very friendly and and knowledgeable. He was able to make our "not new" carpet holiday worthy. Highly recommend!

I received carpet cleaning service from Stanley Steemer for the first time ever and it was the BEST!! Jamal was very kind and helpful. He made sure that he explained and answered any questions that I had about the service I received on today. I will definitely contact Stanley Steemer again for any services I may need.

The service was fine, but the technician did tried to scam us by telling that there is mold which is growing fast and that we need UV lights immediately that cost around 800$. I understand that there might be mold, but proper knowledge of what kind mold and where the source for moisture is needed to analyze these things. Thankfully we had asked our second opinion and didn't fall for scam. Service as stand alone is not bad, missed few vents but that overall its okay.

Vincent was open and customer service focused. He gave me options and pluses /minuses with those options. After I made my decision, he quickly and thoroughly executed my choice. Excellent job, excellent price and GREAT technician.

The guys arrived on time this morning & worked straight through until done (about 5 hours). They were professional but down to earth also. Our dogs followed them around & they would rub & pet them as if it was part of their job. They did an excellent job & explained everything along the way. Highly recommend this service & this crew!

Very disappointing experience with Stanley Steemer. The pricing discussed beforehand did not match what was presented once they arrived on-site. The final cost was significantly higher than expected.

Additionally, the technician’s manager was unprofessional and rude when addressing concerns. Basic customer service and communication were lacking.

I felt my time was wasted, and the experience did not inspire confidence or trust. I would not recommend them based on this experience. Please confirm final pricing clearly in writing before booking.
