Damon did an excellent job on our carpets. He was friendly, professional, and walked through each room with me before starting service. He took the time to listen to my concerns and completed the work efficiently. Two of my kids were so happy with Damon that they made him Valentine’s before he left!

As a mom of three, feeling comfortable with someone in my home is extremely important to me, and Damon’s professionalism and respectful demeanor made that easy. I truly appreciate the care he showed throughout the entire visit.

Blake did a superb job of cleaning floors at our house. We have 3 cats and I wasn't quite sure how noticeable it would be - but we are thrilled with how clean the floors are. He cleaned carpets in 3 bedrooms, a staircase, and a hallway. He also steam cleaned the grout in our bathroom and they look like they did the day the tile was installed. Highly recommended to anyone with pets or just everyday foot traffic. Stanley Steemer hires the best employees - not only was Blake knowledgeable, but you can tell he takes great pride in his work. Fast and efficient service. Was easy to schedule and reschedule when I had a schedule conflict. Sent before and after photos where tough to get out stains were removed. Also good customer service at a great price. Would definitely book again in the future.

The service specialist were great and knew their business and were skilled, polite and efficient. I’m only not sure about the cost because I’ve never had carpets cleaned before and don’t have any past comparisons to judge the cost. It was quite a small area so I would have thought it would have been a bit more reasonable but I was very happy with the results and chalk it up to everything costing more these days. Had them come out to clean a shower. I was concerned about the hard water.They told me it would be 125. When they said they finished 10 minutes later they said it should look better after it dries that if I used it be careful it will be slippery.they left and when I went to get a good look at it I could see there was still mold in the corner. Pictures are the next day after it had dried over night. I would have rather saved my money and cleaned it myself. Never again.

This has been an absolute nightmare. I hired Stanley Steemer to clean my vents, and the team they sent lied to our face about completing the job. They only cleaned 4 of the 14 vents on the downstairs level but claimed they’d finished everything except two vents they said had “too many toys” — completely absurd.
It’s clear they stopped once they realized their equipment was damaging my ducts. They hid this from us and never told us — we discovered the damage after they left.

Management was neither friendly, nor apologetic. Now corporate is refusing to issue a refund or cover repairs. I was told an insurance adjuster would contact me, but that never happened.

Bottom line: They caused damage, lied about completing work, and have not made things right. Take a look at the photos for yourself.

This was my first time using Stanley steamer, and I am so pleased with the outcome of my sectional sofa cleaning. I love that I was able to schedule the flexible appointment right away and on the weekend.

Amazing job. Got a nasty stain out of the carpet also.

Ok, stain came back...but I didn't expect a miracle. It is a deep stain. Still very happy with the service and would use then again.

One more update. Got some Spot Shot and cleaned the deep spot...then used my carpet cleaner and got the stain out. Been a week and nothing coming back.

Stanley Steemer has for many years been the company I always had to steam clean, deodorize and apply protectant to my carpets. My carpet is 16 years old, my service tech said I have many years left before I will need to replace. I feel this is all due to the services I have received from Stanley Steemer.
Keith Brown was my professional service technician. He was friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing.
I let my carpet go much longer than usual, there were stains, dirty areas from just normal use and I do have 2 Shih-tzus. My carpet now looks like it did when new. The nap is back!!! No stains!!
