We had Regional Carpet Care come out to our home to clean our carpets. Rich was very professional, on time, and did an amazing job. Very reasonably priced and made sure we were satisfied before he left. We will be using their services again! Great job guys....You knocked it out of the park!

All, just wanted to share my experience with Rich and the team at Regional Carpet Care. I’ve had a persistent pet odor problem for months and Rich and his team have been exceptionally supportive in trying to help us manage through the issue. I highly recommend them! Their customer support is incredible!!

I got my couch cleaned and am so happy with the service. I accidentally scheduled the service on a day when I was unavailable & they were so accommodating and able to reschedule easily. The tech was extremely knowledgeable, arrived on time, and did a fantastic job. I will be using this company again in the near future to clean my carpets.

Rich and his team did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and sofa. The team was courteous, professional and restored both the carpets and sofa to like new condition as well as providing between cleanings care instructions. We highly recommend Regional Carpet Care and will be a repeat customer.

This company had some ups and downs when I used them, but ultimately it came from a miscommunication that lead to some unfortunate issues with a rental move-out. I will say I originally posted a poor review, but the owner reached out personally to make things right. He contacted them rental company and did everything he could to make sure I was getting the value I paid for and went above and beyond to prove his company is what they said they were. I wish more companies took the pride in what they do to their standards that he made sure I knew they did. For what its worth even after the original cleaning the carpets did look great and I had no complaints, it was just the rental company that had issues apparently that warranted a re-clean. I would say if you have a bad experience with them, reach out and see what they say. I probably should have done that before writing my original review because it was definitely not the company I thought.

Very bad experience. We got them before we moved out from a rental house. Immediately after the inspection we were told it needed to be cleaned again. Was the equivalent of setting $250 on fire and effectively cost us $500 in a deposit. They were kind enough to call us and inform us that the rental company contacted them to clean again, so they get double the profits from this.... Very frustrating.

Update: Very shortly after posting this the owner of the company reached out and is taking this very seriously and seemingly doing everything in his power to make this right. I will provide a final update when this is fully resolved, but looks optimistic.

We love referring Rich and the Regional team to all our clients. Their services, pricing and professionalism are the best! We really love their quick-dry cleaning for our clients getting ready to list their homes. We personally use Regional Carpet Care in our home to extend the life of our carpet as we have a large family and lots of pets. Highly recommend!

Rich's crew arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and got right to work. Their attention to detail was amazing and my carpets look brand new. I had several difficult pet stains that I did not think would come up and now I can't even remember where they were because they were able to remove them. Price was reasonable for the amount of carpet I have. I would not hesitate to recommend Regional Carpet Care for carpet cleaning. I'm one happy customer!

Shaun and Vanesss werr awesome! He explained the process and my carpets were cleaned to prefection. They were professional, ahead of my scheduled appointment, which i loved and was very knowledgeable. This company was outstanding and i will be calling them again! Kuddos!!

I had my carpets done recently and then again, my dog decided to be rude and make a mess again.

Not only did they come back and redo the carpets and do an odor control, they cleaned my sofa amazingly well.

Everything looked perfect and smelled SO good. My couch was bad and it looked SO good.

Aside from that, Rich is very accessible via email and is always so quick to respond to any questions, even when he is not coming to clean the carpets. I emailed him to discuss good products for my carpet and he was so helpful. He is kind and makes you feel comfortable. You can tell that truly care about helping you and not just financially gaining.

He also always follows up to ensure you're happy. Additionally, Rich truly cared about my financial situation and worked with me the best way he could without making me feel bad.

I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend them and I NEVER leave reviews...ever. I have had my carpets cleaned in the past and even if they did an okay job, they were not personable or asked me specially what I needed.

Please go with them if you need your carpets or upholstery done!
