We hired JS Flooring to refinish our hardwood floors this July, 2021. Right from the beginning we liked their positive attitude and professional demeanor. These people work hard and really care about their business. We had gotten quotes from 3 businesses and decided to go with JS Flooring because of their upbeat attitude and general interest in working with us and wanting to earn our business. We had worked with another well-known flooring company in the triad and they just really didn't seem like they even wanted our business. When Javier came to give our quote we just knew this was the person we wanted to work with. Our floors came out beautifully. We've lived with them for a little bit now and everyone has commented on how great they look. We couldn't be happier and will hire them again when it's time to do our other floors. I wouldn't even waste time with anyone else.

The floors are fantastic, the price was excellent, their communication superb, and timeliness was spot on. Replacement of hardwood flooring in the hallway was not an easy job, if you ask me, when the new flooring butts up against 3 rooms that have original, 70-year-old hardwoods. JS Wood Flooring was tasked to match the stain to the original floors. Between Javier and Jose, these two men put 8 color samples on the new wood to find the right match. Once I was satisfied, Jose completed the work. When done, Jose felt like the color was just a bit too light, so he added tint to the polyurethane and applied another top coat onto the new wood flooring. Jose did not give up until the job was completed to his satisfaction and mine. Thank you, JS Flooring! I am very pleased with the results.

We had terrible floors in our new home I was so worried they would not be repairable but sure enough they look amazing . It was also a great price! We definitely would recommend and will have Javier and his team do any future work for us.

They are very fast, professional, and thorough. Completed 2 rooms - sanded down to get wood back to raw finish & re-stained - in a couple of days. Replaced quarter round & transitions. Polite & responsive - floors look truly amazing. Taped everything off & cleaned up each day.

I am very happy that I decided to go with Javier and JS Wood Flooring. They were quick to come out and schedule time to sanded and re-stain my floors. Rather than going off a sample piece of stain or picture of the stain color, after sanding they let me pick out the stain by staining a small section of the sanded floors.
