Literally one of the best if not the best HVAC/Plumbers you can find from the first time I called them for help they have been nothing but sweet, helpful, respectful and cordial. I really appreciate the text with a photo of the technician. Each and every time they have offered to pick up coffee or a beverage on the way to the appointment.

The first time they came to my home a hot water supply line to my bathroom sink had burst spilling the contents of my hot water heater all over my bathroom at 8AM. Though they couldn’t repair it at the time, they gave me a literal parts list and instructions on how to replace the faucet and supply lines. It was their plumbing manager Joe who saved the day and won me over.

Gio came out today to do a service of the HVAC and I couldn’t be happier.

Great service, unlimited kindness, and extremely knowledgeable. 1000/10 would always recommend for any HVAC or Plumbing needs.

I also called to have heating & air ducts cleaned due to heavy smoking in the house. Their solution is very thorough & I am confident that there will be no residual cigarette smoke fumes - especially important after painting. Justin explained all the processes very well so that I really understand.

I appreciated how he took the time to show me videos and pictures of the issue, explain the resolution process, and test his work to confirm that the repairs were complete and effective. He truly deserves a five-star rating.

Bennett came out to look at some plumbing issues for me, this is the 2nd time I have used Aurora and each tech has been great. Definitely recommend. Not cheap work, but absolutely done right and backed up.

I had the good fortune of having Gio from Aurora service my air conditioning unit today. He was so pleasant and friendly and took the time to explain what he had done and what we needed to pursue. I so enjoyed our interactions.

We had Aaron out today for a plumbing issue in our kitchen. He was very professional. He did the work in a timely manner. Also had a estimate done on our roof by Alvaro. He was on time and also very professional. While the work was being done we were suprised that the owner Oscar came out. We were explained the process and products that would be used. We are very pleased and highly recommend this company.

Aurora did an excellent job fixing some work that another HVAC company did not do correctly. They were thorough, respectful, explained everything well and knew what they were talking about. They are on the higher end of cost, but I would highly recommend them due to their knowledge and their competency. It's better done right the first time. I will be using them again.

From the moment he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and got everything running smoothly in no time. His attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right really stood out.

I also have to give a huge shoutout to the dispatcher, Tami (The dispatcher - I think that's her name). She was amazing—super friendly and accommodating. Her communication was clear, and she went above and beyond to schedule the service at a convenient time.

Absolutely cannot believe the experience I had with this company. I had one of their employees come over to inspect why my kitchen sink wasn't draining.

The technician walked in and before even looking at my sink he saw my Ganesh figurine on the bookshelf (I practice Hinduism even though I'm white and not from India) and he asked what it was. After explaining it to him he said that he is happy to look at my sink and give me a quote but if I considered "recognizing our one true lord" he might be able to shave a little off of whatever he quotes!

Absolutely cannot believe a company can act like this. RELIGION SHOULD NOT AFFECT SERVICES! never doing business with them again.

I used Aurora Pro Services to install a backup safety kit and a power inlet for my generator and also they upgraded my circuit breakers. Johnathan was very helpful by suggesting what I needed to be done to accomplish my goal for back up power for my house. The office staff was very polite to talk to, they made you feel very at ease. The team that was sent out were on time and very professional. They made sure everything was working properly before they left. After the job was done Johnathan came back to make sure all work was done properly. I highly recommend this excellent company "Aurora Pro Services" The work was done "The Right Way, Not The Easy Way".
