Today was an awesome day for my 3dogs and I. My air conditioner went out approximately 3-4 weeks ago and with fans set in each room, temperatures in my house was in the 90 range. Today Aurora Pro Services sent out a tech to check over my AC. Cole looked at everything inside and outside and his diagnosis showed the condenser was bad and would need replacing. Cole explained everything to me and found a solution. I could not be happier than I am now. Very polite, very willing to help me get AC. He went way over on the work he did. 0-10, I rate him 10+. Cole deserves a “raise” for his awesome work!
I will call them from now on for heating and AC!

If I could give a negative 10 I would. Oscar with this company came and gave a quote for a new system and at that time, he stated we needed all new duct work. The quote was for $32,000.00
After service was declined, he continued to try to gain our business. He dropped his original quote to $18,000...hummmmm
We did have a new system installed by another company. New duct work was not needed and the price was 1/3 of his original quote.
Definitely a SCAMMER!

I've used Aurora since purchasing my home in 2020. Hands down some of the Best folks work for this company. I just love and appreciate them so very much. They have taken great care of me and today was no different, Franklin was such a joy to chat with while he did my electrical inspection. I appreciate the quality of customer service and honesty that they bring, because now days it's a lost art sadly enough. But that is not the case when you call on Aurora for your service needs.

Anthony was amazing. Very knowledgeable, thorough and excellent work. He presented us options and made sure the job was done right. Our need was not planned but very glad Anthony was there to help us. 5 stars and please give this young man a raise!

Like most people, having home repairs is not at the top of my list of favorite things. While in the process of selling my house the inspector found an issue that needed to be addressed with my natural gas plumbing in my attic. I had heard of Aurora Pro Services so I gave them a call and from start to finish I had a great experience.

The representative who I spoke with to make the appointment was very friendly, professional and thorough. She made sure she understood the issue so the appropriate person would arrive. Prior to the appointment I received a reminder in case I needed to reschedule. The before the technician arrived at my house I received a text message with the gentleman's name and picture so I would know exactly who to expect. I really appreciated this safety feature as well as the tech arriving on time. When Anthony arrived he was very polite and professional. He wore a mask for COVID precautions and shoe covers. He was able to assess the situation, explained to me the time frame and cost before he proceeded. When the job was completed and Anthony provided pictures that I requested and made sure I was pleased with his work. I received a phone call after he left from another representative making sure I was completely satisfied.

Overall I was very impressed with Aurora Pro Services' customer service and how the job was completed. I feel that the price was reasonable for the task and if I need future repairs I will be giving Aurora a call.

On Sept 9, 2023 our blower went out on our Hvac system and they came to fix it. The blower was still under warranty because we only been in our house for 3 years. They charged me $723.00 just for the labor. In Sept 2024 the air started to mess up again so we thought we needed freon but that was not the case. The beginning of Oct I, 2024 received a call from this company and they said I have won a free maintenance check up on my Hvac valued $125 so we decided to wait until they came out to look at the Hvac system before getting it fix so they came out on Oct 8, 2024 to do the free maintenance so the tech came out and he said the blower went out ( not even a year later from last year) so I was furious and pissed so with that being said they tried to charge me over the amount that I paid last year over $1000 but I said oh no because it should have not went out again less then a year and they try to say they did not charge me correctly the first time it was done so that was there fault.(remind you the blower was covered under my warranty so this was just the labor). So they honored me the price of $744.58 to put another blower in which I do not think that was right( remind you the part was covered under the warranty again) this was price of the labor. So I scheduled for them to fix it but I was real upset about it and did not know what to do because it had to be fix. I scheduled it for the close to the end of Oct and they came to put the new blower in and then they found out it was another problem the panel was messed up so they think that might be the problem the reason the blower went out the first time but the first time that they fixed it they should have notice that last year Sept 2023. So the job was not completed he had to come back to fix the panel. The panel was covered under my warranty so I had to pay for the labor so the whole total for them fixing the blower and the panel was $1035.00 just the labor. The kicker to the story they did not order the panel on when it was supposed to be fixed so I had to wait couple more days to get it fixed. I would never use this company again and i do not recommend no one to use them I really think they got over on me because both of my parts was covered under warranty and they had to fixed the same problem that they fixed last year in Sept 2023 less then a year on Nov 1, 2024.

Oscar and Steven James seriously came through for me big time when I was in a really tight spot. They both went above and beyond and then some. I cannot recommend this company enough. Gave me great deals, worked overtime, were super quick to respond, and were all so friendly and kind.

Monday morning my hot water heater started leaking. Oscar Lopez, owner of Aurora, is a member of the Rotary Club of Greensboro with me. He was the first person I thought to call. Tanya in the office scheduled plumbers Anthony and Darren to look at the unit that afternoon. They were helpful, cared about my comfort and presented the replacement and pricing options available to make the best buying decision. Then they returned Wednesday at 9am to complete the installation. This company and associates genuinely cared about me and prayed over my family before leaving. Highly recommend!

Cole came out to do a tune up after winning a free raffle and he did an amazing job. Very friendly and personable. There was a lot of time taken to make sure all was working properly. Great job Cole!!

Aaron was dispatched to my home to correct an area of prior plumbing work that did not meet code after inspection. Aaron arrived, and was able to correct the issue. The entire time he was at my house, he never once displayed an unprofessional attitude. He completed his assignment in just a few hours to my satisfaction. If I ever have a future plumbing problem, I would use this company and ask for Aaron.

Excellent work. Had my hvac replaced called them and they work with my schedule to get a estimate and very quick on coming back to replace everything with new. Everyone I talk to on the phone or in person very nice and respectful and had no issues. Would definitely recommend.

Technician (Merlin) was prompt, patient and very thorough in diagnosing the problem. Gave me a quick course on circuit breaker function. He was able to locate needed part and perform repair quickly & professionally. Also took time to review house electric and made some recommendations to upgrade.
2nd time I’ve called Aurora and very pleased with this company’s work.

Alvaro and his installation crew are the best. They arrived on time and completed our new by the afternoon. I can’t say enough about their clean up before they left. You would never know they had been there. The roof looks amazing. Aurora Pro Services is number one in my book. A+

Aurora Pro Services did an amazing job taking care of the plumbing issues that we were having. They were extremely professional and everything was explained in detail from the beginning of the job to the finish. I will definitely be recommending their services to friends and family.

Aurora Pro Services Technicians and customer service are the best you are going to find anywhere. I called them out to repair the work done to my unit by my warranty company and have been using them ever since. Steven and Noah came out to service my heat pump yesterday and did an excellent job. Steven has been to my house twice now. He answers all my many questions and educates me about the unit like he's talking to a friend. He'll tell you it's because he treats everyone like family, and that's true. When a company has the right priorities and takes care of its employees, it shows. Every technician I have met has been professional, friendly, and dedicated to providing the highest level of service. Even my dogs approve.

Today 04.11.25 Bennett from Aurora Pro service came and provided my annual Plumbing system.inspection and service. Bennett was punctual and explained the entire process and showed great consideration while me and my wife were working during the service.

Just got my HVAC serviced and the young man who came did an amazing job. When he was on his way he asked if I would like breakfast or coffee and I have never had a service professional ask me that. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about what he was doing. I decided to go with them for my maintenance plan because of the great young man Cole !

My technician Cole was excellent!! He thoroughly explained what was needed, how my unit operated, and what I needed to do to continue to have optimal service. He showed me my parts and made me feel comfortable with his knowledge of the system. In addition, his customer service was outstanding. I would recommend Cole over and over!! He deserves a raise!!! 10 stars

You won an award! Yeah us! However, it was not; it was high prices, like $400 to snake our drain or 4,000 dollars to fix our water heater, a job that every other place quoted as less than $2,500. In addition, they were very slow on paperwork, had to be reminded three times of needing the estimate/quote, and only got it to us when we said we would do the service. They missed times coming to do the inspection, and then when they did the inspection, the guy who did it himself noted he just "looked over it" but did not do it. The bigger problem came, however, when we wanted them to assess our HVAC, which they came and assessed, it stopped working; we called them back, and then magically, it worked again, but not before they tried to claim they needed another inspection. After I noted they did an inspection all of a sudden they could fix it by turning it back on....... Overall this place was a huge mess.

If you want good value for money and good customer service you won't be disappointed. After dealing with several area companies to replace my aging HVAC system, I decided to try APS based on their ads. They delivered on every service they advertised. My HVAC system was installed in one day with quality parts. They assisted me with obtaining financing and answered all of my questions before installation. The workers arrived on time and did not leave until the job was complete.
I am so satisfied with my new HVAC system and look forward to my future service relationship with Aurora Pro Services.
