Installer did a great job. Pulled old carpet, removed staples cleaned up area. Area was very clean before installing new padding and carpet. I really like the work he did.

So I could rant on here forever but here’s the short story. Ordered cabinets countertops and sink for a house I was renovating to move in. The design was made by a Home Depot employee and ordered accordingly. Ordered the cabinets countertops and sink on September 30th and was told I could pick up the cabinets on October 13th. Well when I went to pick them up they weren’t there and I was told to expect them around the 23rd. The cabinets showed up on the 21st and I installed them on the 22nd. The countertop company came and templated on the 23rd. I heard nothing from Home Depot or the vendor so I called on the 4th of November and was not able to find anything out. Got a call on the 5th telling me I owed an additional 450$ on the countertops due to the undermount sink (which was purchased at the same time the countertops were ordered) and the estimate for the amount of granite needed was short. Long story short do not Trust Home Depot when it comes to your kitchen renovation as they overpromise underdeliver and over charge. As of today it is November 8th I still have no countertops and finally was able to put the last cabinet door on yesterday November 7th due to a damaged cabinet and receiving the wrong door on the reorder.

The team was on punctual, polite, and very professional. All in all, they did an excellent job.

The experience wasn't good. The supplier that did the work have rude employees. My driveway has rust stains from the truck of the supplier. This was a bad experience and promised were made by home Depot that weren't kept.

Poor communications between Home Depot and the vendor resulted in 2 weeks for job completion instead of the one day install HD gave us at the time of purchase. Days were wasted waiting on the vendor arrival and comprehending timing due to conflicting information provided separately by both HD and the vendor to us. Extremely disappointing.

I am absolutely disgusted at the experience following my carpet installation. After speaking with so many people with no follow up or follow through I’m shocked to receive a survey. The carpet is beautiful yes but the damage left behind to my walls and baseboards, as well as the destruction of my personal property after verbal instruction to leave it alone far surpasses pretty carpet. I have made multiple calls to customer service and sent every picture possible. I spoke with management and again sent every picture. To have management agree the installation should not have resulted in such damage and offer to not only reimburse for the damage. But , he also advised he would have someone come out and attempt to restore my personal property after the installers destroyed only to vanish ! No follow up or follow through. ZERO respect or care for customers once the ink is dry and the installation is complete. No matter what empty promise they give they got what they want …. My money !!! I have every intention of contacting the BBB and report all pictures and communications.

Avoid at all costs! This company could not have done a worse job. The job that should have taken a month max took 3 months. Everything from the trim work to the plastering looks amateur. One of them must have cut themselves because there was a smear of blood left on the wall! I finally had to threaten to fire them to get the job finished.
