Lifesavers on a Holiday Weekend

As a plumber at Home Plumbing Hero, I called DRYmedic on Good Friday at MIDNIGHT when a customer had a major water issue. Even on a holiday weekend, they showed up fast and handled everything like true pros.

Their team was calm, skilled, and totally dependable. Together, we made a pretty great rescue team—like Batman and Robin, but with less spandex and more shop vacs.

What a terrific service the DRYmedic folks deliver. I mean, I didn't want to call them but when your laundry room floods, you gotta call somebody, right? They had it all demo'd in a jiffy and dried it all up and left dehumidifiers in the crawlspace. They even coordinated with my home owners insurance agent so that I didn't have to send pictures or anything. I highly recommend Nick and Anthony and the team. They really do first rate work.

I must apologize for this late post. We've had several life changing events happen in the last 7 months. I hope this rectifies my delay in responding to the service you performed . First, I want to praise Drymedic for their prompt response to our call. We had heavy rain the night before fathers day at my dads house. The house has a finished basement full of furniture and boxes . My son and his wife are living there . He called me about midnight about the flooding, so my wife called DRYmedic first thing Sunday morning, on fathers day ,spoke with Anthony and he said we'll get someone out there today. About 4:00 in the afternoon ,on fathers day, Nick from DRYmedic, showed up and assessed the situation. In order to assess damage and apply the mold remediation properly, he told us the entire basement would need to be cleaned out. He brought in heavy fans and dehumidifier to control drying and moisture. We decided to clean the basement ourselves. We were in need of a storage container to place the undamaged items from the basement and Nick arranged for Anthony to bring one to the property the next day. This really helped our clean out process. We spent about 5 days removing damaged items and moving the rest to the storage container . During the clean out process, we found termite damage on the front wall and carport wall. That's also where the water had come in. I removed all the termite damaged paneling and 2 x4 's from the walls , which allowed the fans to properly dry out the foundation walls. When the drying was complete, Nick returned with a crew and removed the carpeting which covered the majority of the basement , also removing bathroom and laundry room flooring and treated the entire area for mold. Maybe the late review of service is not such a bad thing. Here we are 7 months later and I can attest to the effectiveness of their process. Basement is dry, basement smells great, no sign or smell of mold. Thank you Nick and Anthony for your expertise and service . You made a stressful situation a lot less stressful. God bless you.

We had some damage from the last snowstorm, and DryMedic responded very quickly. They came out right away to start the water remediation process and did an excellent job drying everything out. It was really reassuring not having to worry about mold developing. I would definitely recommend them!

DreMedic was great to work with us after dining room water damage from an "ice dam"...drying out carpet, ceiling and attic. Nick was helpful advising @repairs and Justin was terrific managing most of the hands-on work. They were considerate for working around our schedules and thorough with the cleanup at the end of each day. Highly recommend this company!
