The fence company that Home Depot Contracted. They were amazing to work with. Super friendly and did an amazing job. As far as the wood. Week I have a couple split boards. Paid around 9K for the fence. Had it less than 100 days. I am already working with another store to replace all the fencing. Will more then likely never do business with Home Depot or any of there entities in the future

My kitchen project came out beautiful thanks to Home Depot for the Quartz countertops. I’m in love and my kitchen has never looked better. They were expensive but I think that’s what the price would have been wherever I would have gone. The best part is the lifetime warranty.

After setting up my appt. Tanya called and let me know that the Tach. "Steve" was on his way. Steve arrived and was very professional and personable. After he did his work he explained to me what he had done and what needed doing. My hats off to them both even though I'm bald.

Will arrived 20 - 30 minutes after contacting Aurora for a scheduled service call which is outstanding. Usually, companies would give you a 4-6 hour window. Although, their prices are a bit steep, I would recommend their services. Will was very professional and courteous. I appreciate him and the company's prompt attention to resolve my electrical issues.

Justin Hogan was very professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel at ease. He inspected our electrical system inside and out. Justin advised of current needs and issues that will need to be addressed in the near future. We ended up purchasing a 10yr maintenance plan which includes our electrical, plumbing, roofing, and HVAC system. I would definitely recommend Justin Hogan and Aurora Pro Services.

UPDATE: If I could provide a 0 for service I would. My. first encounter with this company was stellar 3 years ago…..,,NOW HORRIBLE: they are unreliable, constant excuses, never answer the phone or return calls, I swear they have caller id, we signed a 10 year service contract with them HUGE MISTAKE! We’re thinking about getting our local news involved to investigate because now we feel SCAMMED! Beware of wolves in sheep’s clothing.

Great experience. Fair price and excellent work! Highly recommend! Replaced 4 two-story structural columns for us.

Cole did an excellent job servicing my HVAC system. He cleaned my coils and replaced my voltage distributor. Also Gabe played an important part. They are a swell team and I would highly recommend them to everyone for any and all of your HVAC needs. They are a super company and Cole has a wonderful personality. He cares about his work and he cares about people. So rare these days. May God bless you all.

My overall experience with Aurora was exceptional!! And what made the company exceptional was Jeff Jordan the technician! I have had many good technicians come to my home for other service calls, but I would have to say that he stands alone when it comes to customer service!! Jeff was very professional, and informed me every step of the way on what needed to be done. He came in the morning and didn't leave until later in the evening because he cared about getting the issue I had solved. So use Aurora for all your plumbing and many other needs that they offer because they are A1. I believe they are because of caring people like Jeff. Thanks again for your service!😊

Had to add something to this review this morning. We thought our gutters had been leaking. When it rained the water hitting our heat pump was so loud you could barely sleep. It rained last night and all we heard was rain going down the gutter. Not a leak in sight either. Thank you again Aurora Pro Services and GAF Roof Systems!!

We had someone come out to give us a quote for installing/replacing 3 pendant lights and 2 recessed lights. It was $89 just for him to come give us the quote. He was very nice and professional- no issues there. The pendants are relatively low cost and small, with prices at $50, $250, $350. The electrician initially asked me what I thought it costs… He then proceeded to tell me it would be $700 PER LIGHT for the pendants. When I shared my confusion about how a $50 mini pendant (over the kitchen sink) costs $700 to install he told me that this is a typical price because of liabilities. So are you not insured?! When he gave me the actual quote he came down to $400/light instillation. Two days later we got a quote from another local very reputable company. They quoted the service at $315 TOTAL. Not for each light, for the entire job. And it cost $0 for them to come to the house to give an estimate.

Jeronimo was so pleasant and I got the feeling he really cares about doing a great job. He answered all of my questions and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Just had Steven and Noah look at my HVAC and they also did a great job, thoroughly inspected everything. They save my life by making sure the high voltage wire was secure (which is wasn’t before they checked it out!) thank you very much! They found things I didn’t even know might be a problem and they fixed the handle on my door which they weren’t even here to do :)

Justin arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. I had asked his company to come and discuss a possible portable generator installation. Justin took time to look over the house and asked detailed questions about what the generator would be used for. He explained several options and gave us a quote. By asking questions he showed great salesmanship and did not try to oversell us. In the end our HOA was a problem and we will not be able to install any generator. However, Justin explained all the other services his company provides and I am sure we will use them in the future. Justin and his company is highly recommended.

Anthony and Darren came out promptly. They were very polite, thoughtful, thorough. I clearly need a new water heater. The estimate was higher than I was expecting and could not commit to the cost without investigating all options. I understand that this company is employing multiple crews and part of the higher cost is having a full staff that can go to peoples homes quickly and service a lot of different areas. Though I was not in a place today to commit to the water heater replacement, the experience was a good one. I even spoke with Oscar and he was understanding of my position and did try to assist with the pricing. I appreciated their help and professionalism. I had to shut down all the water due to the area of the leak. My electrician came and got my cold water running because they could not do that without committing to the contract, which is understandable as it required some work to accomplish. I have a new water heater scheduled to be installed on Monday, but wanted to leave a review to say if your circumstances are different than mine, certainly call aurora services. I have an hvac that will need to be replaced at some point and I will call aurora services for an estimate for replacement. Thank you Anthony, darren and Oscar. We might not be doing business for this job, but you’re certainly on the list for other jobs.

Awesome job. Very polite. Vincent amd Jonathan were great. Very professional. Aurora Pro was the only company to even consider working on our house, being older and a snug crawl space. No complaints. They had us on the schedule faster than I expected. Excellent service.

My regular plumber said he couldn’t get here for at least three weeks. I had to get my issue resolved sooner so I called Aurora. What a nice receptionist!!! From the time I called until the time Darren left (the next day), everything about my experience was pleasant and professional. Thank you Aurora for taking care of us so quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Had to have a new cord and dryer plug installed. Franklin cleaned it all out installed it picked up his mess. Very knowledgeable. .. Definitely would recommend.them. I had Alex come out and do a preventive maintenance on the AC unit. He did a great job and then today I had Justin come out and check out the electrical throughout the house. He also did a wonderful job and very knowledgeable.

Al has been our go-to guy for everything. We trust him, and he has always taken great care of us. If Al comes to your house, you are in great hands. The Perdew family loves Al!

Jonathan, Zach and Justin were extremely professional young men who did a great job! They worked together as a team and addressed all of my concerns. They ensured that I was informed and educated on all of the services the company provides. They gave me great customer service. I also felt good that they told me if we had any problems not to hesitate to call them and would ensure that the problem would be resolved.

Justin and Jose were both great. Immediately asked what I needed assistance with and after a chat, they realized I didn’t need such an in depth job. They were able to replace my outlet cover and remove antiquated cable wires from holes in the walls throughout my house. All in all, pricey for the work but I understood this when choosing a premium service!

Enrique came to my house to fix the heat in my house. He was on time very professional, well mannered very knowledgeable very responsive. I explained the problem that l had and he took charge and got everything done in a timely manner. I am very happy with the job done will recommend this company to anyone.
