Excellent company, excellent crew and staff. From the initial assessment and estimate, to job finish and final inspection by Martin, Maen Roofing is top-notch! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, experience, and great customer service. We received an estimate with a detailed breakdown, and any questions we had were answered. They even came and tarped the leaking area before the job was started -- greatly appreciated since this area of NC was having downpours almost daily in July. Very pleased with Maen Roofing!

Such an amazing company. Very honest and helpful. Came over to inspect house after storm and also when inspector came from insurance company. Insurance company didn't want to include everything but Maen Roofing showed him EVERY problem after the storm. They replaced my roof with beautiful shingles, complete siding to one side of my house and all gutters. Work was done in a timely fashion. Roof took 1 1/2 days. Siding 1 day. Gutters 1 day
All work was completed and looks amazing. I will definitely use them again. This is my 2nd experience with them.

I am very satisfied with the work Maen Roofing LLC did in replacing my 24 year old roof. I dealt with Diego throughout the process, and found him to be friendly, detail oriented, and very dedicated to the project. When the GAF HDZ Timberline Hunter Green shingles we decided on were not locally available, Diego drove all the way to Myrtle Beach to pick them up so we could get the preferred shingles and meet our schedule. The large crew was careful and efficient with the roof installation, as well as the impeccable clean-up and general orderliness. I highly recommend Maen Roofing LLC for using great products with exceptional warranties, competitive pricing and highly skilled roofing crew.

Martin, the owner, is great to work with and he will take care of you. I also appreciated Diego and the rest of the crew. They did a great job and are conscientious about their work. They replaced the roofs on our house and 2 sheds. The price quoted was very fair. We also had them replace the wooden rake boards that had rotted since last roof installation with PVC boards.

Martin and his team were a pleasure to deal with, they were all very friendly and super hard working. I had an old roof that needed replacing as the shingles were faulty and Martin was able to give me various options and ultimately select the best choice for my needs. I am very HAPPY with my new roof, the quality of the job and the people who did the job!! It is a metal roof-over on a mobile home bow/bowstring roof line with attatched porch. The home doesnt have a peripheral foundation so I knew I couldnt have trusses, etc so I couldnt picture how a roof-over would be done. Martin and Miguel explained how it could be done. Other companies recommended either a rubber roof or TPO roofing which I didnt want because I wanted an overhang to help protect water from running down on my windows and I didnt want to deal with cleaning gutters since I live in a very wooded area.

There were many metal roof colors to choose from. I chose a lighter color (ashe gray) because the home is sage green. Love the color! Five yr warranty against leaks and I think 20-30 yr warranty on metal. Roof included roof boots and new vent pipes. I decided on 6" overhang but roof also has a drip edge (a plus in my opinion). They were upfront about 10 year replacement on all the screws and to check silicone around roof boots. They inspected my roof for leaks in case I needed repairs. Thankfully, I had no leaks. And they are fully licenced and insured which eased worry in case there was an accident.

Not only is the roof beautiful but the workmanship is excellent. The cuts needed around the 4 corners and cuts tying in the home roof with porch roof looks perfect to me, precise. High quality.

I wanted to save the metal panels removed from my porch for another project (a little rusty but more life left in them) so the roofer was considerate to carefully remove all the screws. They cleaned up, ran a nail magnet around the trailer and hauled off debris from job. I was able to include the porch roof because the price for both was reasonable. In fact, it was the best quote I had received. The communication and customer service was excellent.

All in all, it was the absolute best experience Ive ever had with a contractor. I have a lot of gratitude for Maen Roofing; for their honesty; for their conscientiousness and good spirit. I tell everyone I know who may need roofing or repairs to please call Maen. You guys are the best. Thank you for a job well done!!

Martin was great to work with. I was expecting to replace my 23 year old roof, but when he inspected it, he found hail damage to both roof and gutters showing me the photos. He helped me work with my homeowners insurance to save me thousands of dollars out of pocket. All work was completed quickly and clean up was excellent. I highly recommend!

Maen Roofing exceeded my expectations when they replaced our roof. Top-quality shingles were installed for a very reasonable price, and their customer service and communication were outstanding from start to finish. The crew paid exceptional attention to detail, and several neighbors have been equally pleased with their work. Along with the roof replacement, they installed gutter guards. After removing the old roof, they sent a video to show the condition of the roof decking, followed by photos of repairs and a final video walkthrough of the completed roof and gutters. This company is top notch, needed some repairs around old gutters and a quote on new gutters-Miguel showed up within 24 hours and quoted me for everything needed and at great price! My gutters look amazing and Miguel made sure to communicate with me every step of the way! We had an excellent experience with JS. I needed to have floors redone in a home I am trying to sell. Javier was very responsive and his team arrived and finished on time. The floors look amazing. Javier and his crew were outstanding. I had my kitchen and dining room floors done. They moved all the furniture and were finished in a day and a half. Not only do my floors look brand new, their workmanship is second to none. They took great care taping the rooms and the rest of my house was dust free.

Javier and his team did an outstanding job refinishing our hardwood floors and installing the oak stair treads and risers in our home. The level of detail was incredible. I didn't realize how much prep work went into refinishing floors. They explained the process and walked us through everything. The floors look amazing.
