They completed work on my home both inside and out and did an excellent job. It was quick and on budget. They repaired concrete on a sidewalk, painted a 101 year old house inside and out and completed some tile and trim repairs. Already scheduling them for my next project. Family operated, these guys stay on the job till it's finished. Truly amazing!!

CMS did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel! They used high quality material, excellent craftsmanship and were diligent to get the project done. Our remodel from demo day to completion was 2 weeks. It was amazing. They are our go to contractors from now on for any project. They also refinished our hardwoods which look amazing. Definitely recommend them!!!

You will not be disappointed with these guys! From beginning of the project, with the way they plan and then execute the project you know you are dealing with pros! My remodel was done in two weeks and it is beautiful! What is most impressive is how clean they work with no drywall dust throughout your house! Daily meeting of the progress of the job and the best part is when they are done you have gained new friends! Super professional, trustworthy and genuine people! Cesar and his team replaced our garage ceiling when it collapsed due to
poor construction. They removed the old insulation, took down all the remaining panels and replaced both over a period of five days. We even have a new access to that part of the attic! They removed all waste without filling our garbage can. My garage was left cleaner than it was when we moved in! We had snow AND icy weather during this job. Not only did they clear my driveway, but they helped my elderly neighbor do the same. Highly recommend this company!

They came out the day I called to inspect the job, & when I called to schedule the work they came out on the day we agreed to. And did the work that day. Very nice people & a great job.

Not only were they professional, they went out of their way to service my needs to get my house up and running. I can’t thank them enough for what they have done to secure the safety of my family and my house, so that now we can start making the much needed renovations to take this Ardmore house into the future

We had a basement bathroom put into the house by Tim and his team. They did a beautiful job and it looks great. Frankly, it’s the nicest bathroom out of 4 in the house. Thanks Tim!

I don't know about the quality of work they perform so I'm not going to rate that. But. I called about getting work on 2 houses, left a message no return call. I have to call back next day @ 1:30 and get someone who explains it will be $300 for someone to come out and quote a price. Really $300 for a quote. That's 1 phone call and $300 to much for me to recommend them. There's plenty other qualified companies that don't charge you to give them work.

Tim Moss finished my project extremely quickly and professionally. I would definitely give them a call the next I need some more home improvements done.

Tim repaired our outside wall after being hit by a car. This caused structural damage from ground to roof. His crew repaired it and can't even tell it was damaged to begin with. Would recommend to anyone and will call for future jobs!

I wish I had the same experience as the other customers who left reviews. I hired these folks based on what seemed to be a good reputation. They did not live up to expectation, at least not on my project. I understand things happen that can't be controlled. Not completing the job for over 8 months after the contract was signed is unacceptable. We are talking about a small job too, only a couple days work. Average quality, not outstanding by any means. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Tired of looking for a contractor that does great work and reliable, than go here to Tim Moss & Sons. Than you will be able to sleep well at night as they will get the job done right. The best way to get a job done, is no do overs.... They strive for excellence and you certainly won't be disappointed.

It's unfortunate that things have escalated to the point that I now must leave a negative review.

The short: Tim Moss refuses to return a (significant) deposit for work that was never started.

The long: We signed with Tim Moss in mid-March to perform a series of projects. A deposit was paid and we were told Crystal would be in contact to schedule the work. 2 weeks pass and I'm the one to reach out to Crystal (all documented in email).

Between May 17th and Jul 1st, the work still did not have a start date. During that time, I called Crystal multiple times to inquire about the project start. Crystal apologized multiple times for the delays. Each time I connected with Crystal, she spoke about "possibly starting next week."

Near the end of June, I called Crystal to discuss some changes in scope to the outdoor project. Tim's son came out the next week to review the changes and update the estimate. The new quote was provided and I asked if we could adjust the contract to only focus on the indoor projects. After 4 months, I needed to get moving on the outdoor projects before the summer was over. No response to my request to change the contract. Additionally, still no start date for the interior projects (the scope of which never changed).

Between July 12th and July 31st, no start date. Multiple emails and phone calls - multiple statements of "maybe next week." On July 31st, I emailed Tim officially requesting a cancellation of the contract and a refund of the deposit. No work had been done, no material ordered, nearly 5 months had passed.

Tim responded in a way I can only describe as out of touch with reality. He sent a long email claiming I was the cause of the delays, that I denied them access to start the work, and that "every time we come up with a solution for one of your many obstacles, you knock the solution down."

What? Like, for real, what?

I can't and won't comment on the quality of their work - from their online reputation, it's probably really good (which is why I selected them in the first place!). My warning to anyone planning to do business with Tim Moss - get everything in writing and don't make a down payment until work has actually started.

Oh, the cherry on top, they charge $300 to come out and provide an estimate. They say this is credited to the project if you sign with them, but now that the work is cancelled, I'm also out this money.

Would not recommend.

Received an estimate to repair a roof issue not addressed by the original builder. The estimate was fair and inline with current market metrics. I found Tim Moss and sons to be upfront, honest and easy to work with. Tim and his guys showed up at the predetermined time and all work was completed in a timely manner. I would definitely use Tim Moss and sons again.

Tim and his son diagnosed and completed our home repair and we are very pleased. They showed up on time, worked quickly but with attention to detail. Their workmanship was outstanding and we will be using them again for additional work on our home. We are well pleased with their professionalism and quality.
