I utilized Tim Moss & Sons to do a substantial amount of work at my home. My home had suffered extensive water damage associated with two water leaks, which were created during faulty installation of a new floor in my home. This resulted in serious problems with mold, sagging beams and subfloors, a ruined floor, and damage in the kitchen and bathrooms. Tim Sr and Tim Jr and their crews performed incredible work in a professional and timely manner. They worked around. my challenging schedule and leveled my house, reinforced the structure, encapsulated the crawl space, added a permanent dehumidifier, replaced the insulation, leveled and completely replaced the subfloor as needed, and replaced the floor with new LVP in the entire house, and repaired / remodeled the kitchen and both bathrooms, including countertops, sinks, fixtures, cabinet repairs, new countertops and a new shower. In addition, they lifted and repaired the A/C unit and installed all new appliances for me, replaced the plumbing under the house, and replaced a leaking sewer pipe out to the street. I was totally overwhelmed at times, and knowing I could trust them made all the difference. They kept me informed at all times. They also helped me throughout the entire process of navigating this issue with my homeowners insurance carrier. I have nothing but excellent feedback to offer about Tim Moss & Sons, and recommend them without hesitation to anyone who needs a substantial amount of work done. They perform work with complete integrity and transparency, and watched out for my best interest throughout the process. I would absolutely hire them again.

They finished the project promptly and efficiently in approximately two and one-half days. I WOULD HIRE AGAIN. I had a full height, basement wall that was cracked and bowed in by three inches and was at risk of exploding inward due to hydrostatic pressure. Tim Moss & Sons did a great job permanently repairing my failing foundation. They were professional, gave estimates, used an engineer and built exactly to specs, started on time, maintained a schedule that was communicated well to me, and finished ahead of schedule. All work was done with permits and photographically documented. Large crew was polite, communicative and efficient. This company does full spectrum maintenance and home improvement from wiring, plumbing, and roofing to framing, foundations, flooring, garages and home extensions. We couldn't be more pleased with terms, contracts, and clean-up. Chrystal at the home office communicated with us daily to manage scheduling ahead of time and throughout the job.

We are very happy with our new roof! Maen came in way under other estimates and completed our roof in a single day. They were careful and meticulous, laying down huge tarps on the ground to catch nails and debris so clean-up was thorough.

Maek Roofing is a family business with workers that have been together several years. Diego gave an estimate and then explained how they would do the job step by step. I have new shingles and gutters with gutter guards that look great. When I found out they did siding, I had them replace some trim around my home also. The house looks great. The workers were friendly to be around and kept everything neat. They listen to what you say and do a great job. I'm very happy I chose them to take care of my home.

I want to say that MAEN Roofing is an outstanding company to work with. Initially I had a leak in my roof that allowed water to come down into my kitchen ceiling. Martins team corrected the issue, patched the ceiling and painted the entire kitchen ceiling. Martin pointed out that the roof was going to be in need of replacing shortly. To make a long story short I had the roof replaced also. The new roof looks really good. I also talked to Martin about replacing 4 windows that had issues and a door to the underside of my house. Martins team replaced the windows and the door. All the work looks really good and the windows and door work great.
The team of workers are all very conscientious and very hard workers. They cleaned up very well after all of the work was done.

Diego was up front and honest.I told him what needed fixing on the roof, Every other roofer told me it was just at the exhaust vent, But would have to do half the roof. He came and looked and quoted me a great price, did only what needed to be repaired. I would recommend MARN ROOFING, Diego came out, gave me a quote and repair was done next day. Define recommend this roofing company if you don’t like your neighbors. Rolled onto Fernwood Drive at 5:45 this morning and began removing shingles at 6am. Noise ordinance be damned, they’ll get it done no matter how inconvenient fur your neighbors!
