I had a great experience with Kitchen Express in March 2025. The design process was great. And the actually work was on schedule and not nearly as disruptive as I thought it would be. The contractor, Jimmy, was very professional and kept me up to date on the schedule. I got new counters, backsplash and cabinets and I'm still very happy with the results 6 months later.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the amazing work Kitchen Express did on our kitchen remodel. This project came about unexpectedly after a dishwasher leak caused severe damage to our floors and cabinets. Jay and his team were incredibly accommodating, fitting us into their busy schedule, and we had a wonderful experience designing our new kitchen with him.

As a nervous buyer, I was grateful for how easy the decision-making process was, thanks to Jay’s showroom. The entire Kitchen Express crew was fantastic, from demo to tile, everything moved quickly. Given the state of our damaged kitchen, they even set up a temporary sink for us, which was a huge help. Our installer, Chris, was always on time, and his attention to detail truly showed in the final product.

Update (7 months later): We are still extremely pleased. I’ve been impressed with the level of follow-up this Kitchen Express has shown. During a quick check-in call, Jay jumped on a few small items I wasn’t even worried about. Within three days, everything was taken care of. Chris, our installer, came back out to handle the minor issues and even took time to do a few more quality control checks.

Our kitchen transformation was truly impressive. The entire Kitchen Express experience was smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable from start to finish. The design process was professional and approachable, and the transition from demolition to installation was seamless and efficient.

Chris, our project manager, kept us well informed throughout the process, clearly communicating each phase of the installation and what to expect next. We always knew the timeline and felt confident in how the project was progressing. The Koehler brothers have built a fantastic team, and it shows in every detail.

Incredibly rude - asked about a project and was hung up on after I was told "We don't do anything commercial. Click."

Referred by my insurance company, and they refused to answer the phone to complete the project after multiple attempts.

Honestly it's been a month they still haven't contacted me don't waste your time with these ppl, they suck I'm just moving on to do the work with someone else. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!

So unprofessional. The owner Jeff is so clueless when it comes to running his business. He can't even email an estimate in a timely manner so that I can submit it to my insurance company. Leaving us hanging refusing to now even do the work.

We had Trico transform a closet / utility room into a beautiful ceramic tile shower and it looks AMAZING! Everyone we had any dealings with were very polite and professional. We definitely recommend Trico for any of your new or remodeling construction needs. Thanks Trico!!!!

Was referred to them by my insurance company after storm damage to my roof. They called me that night and said someone would call my within 24 hours to schedule an appointment for an estimate. That was a week ago. I have contacted them 3 times to try and set an appointment and each time I am told that the person who sets the appointment will call me.

I called Tri-Co after being referred by my insurance company. It seems that Tracy struggles with her job when it comes to schedules but that is not the worst part. The worst part is the clean-up crew hid a big clump of rock and mortar/paint/grout in my flower bed the first time they were at my house. The second time they covered up paint in my yard with rocks and dirt from my flower bed which is going to be a pain when I mow and rocks start flying. If you hire these guys keep a close eye on them when they clean -up.

Due to the ice storm in early 2014 I ended up acquiring $15,000 in damages to my roof and house. Of course the insurance paid everything but the $1000 deductible. Unfortunately, the painters had scratched my new laminate floors. Because of this Tri-Co and I agreed to knock off $200. I still didn't have the $800 to pay in full. They worked out a payment plan where I been paying tgem $50/month. I was 7 months pregnant when the damage occurred and they tried to work as hard and fast as they could to help me out. I love this company and plan to use them again for my master bath remodel and any other work I need done. I would also recommend them to others needing construction work completed. Working with Jeff Souther and Tri-Co Contractors to build our new home was a very positive experience! We've been in our home for nine months now and couldn't be more pleased with the craftsmanship and quality of work. Jeff was friendly and easy to work with and was always willing to listen to our questions and concerns. He resolved all issues in a professional and timely manner. Rodney and Jeff at Tri-Co Contractors did a tremendous job repairing my home after an electrical fire. The project was seamless from start to finish. They spent time with me walking through the process and consulted me throughout the process. I am now in my repaired/renovated home and I could not be happier. I would recommend Tri-Co for any home renovation project, new build or restoration after a disaster.

My bathroom was due for an update with a larger shower. Jeff from Tri-Co Contractors came out and offered suggestions as to what could be done due to the size of the bathroom. He directed us to a very competent tile designer. We picked out the tile and after receiving the tile Jeff and his crew started the work. Richard, Joe and Andre were always prompt and the clean up was exceptional. I can't brag enough on their work.

Upon arrival, Jeff Souther, and his friendly/knowledgable staff/family, made us feel at ease while conveying/discussing our plans and dreams.

Jeff guided us through the step-by-step process beginning with: choosing our house plan, and then sending us to reputable companies to pick items such as granite, tile/wood flooring, stone, brick, faucets, lights, etc. He helped us stay within our budget; however, choose exactly what we wanted! Jeff always tried to meet any requests you asked while always using level-headed, and sound advice. Using his strategy of cost/plus building, we came out ahead, saving on costs pro- jections.

Once beginning construction of our home, all went like clock- work, and often ahead of schedule! Jeff is extremely organized and is an excellent leader, often working side-by-side his employees! He also has skilled, dependable teams in place, with planned steps/dates for each team to complete needed tasks to be done. We were totally amazed daily how clean the job site was left at the end of the day as work was done.

It was obvious too, that Jeff took great pride in his work, wanting the construction, not just pass inspections, but have qualities that really make it feel like "home"! You would often see him landscaping plants/seeding the yard before sunrise, or watering it on his way home from another job site. He even returned to the job site in a few days after having knee replacement! He wanted your home to be a "star" in the neighbor- hood, and we really feel it is thanks to his expertise! Thank you Jeff Souther, truly a remarkable builder/contractor and good friend to the customer!

Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful to my husband and I in repair of our house after a car drove through our brick foundation. From getting the brick that needed to be tinted, to finding the right people for that, to fixing the inside of our house. The whole process was painless and I felt like we were in good hands with everyone at Tri co. Thanks everyone !

We had our new mailbox installed yesterday by Ed ' it looks amazing! He was able to fit us in last minute & was extremely reasonable with pricing. The workmanship is high quality - that mailbox will be secure in the ground forever.
