They did a fantastic job remodeling my older home. Had to overcome some uneven walls, etc. It looks great. Still have a few minor touch ups to complete but have faith it will be completed in a timely manner. Good service and good folks.

I don't even know where to begin. We recently had a wall removed and a completely new redone kitchen. It was a major event for us. During this process they assigned Bob to our account. Bob was there every day and took full control of the process (this of course freed me up). They were always prompt, cleaned up after themselves, etc. They were there for about two weeks and at the end they seemed like family :). The most thing i was impressed about was they treated this as if it was their home and not just a job. I can't tell you how many times i was given options
open through the entrie process. NO ISSUES AT ALL.......DON'T HEISTATE TO USE THEM.......Quality of cabinets are no where near Lowes and other products.....YOU'LL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

I would give the guy who did the kitchen installation 5 stars. The problem was with the salesman not giving us enough information. I would give him 0 stars. He spent too much time talking about himself instead of giving needed information.
I would never have designed the drawers like they are. I thought they’d be similar to our old drawers in size, but no. The inside of the drawers are only 2.5 inches high, so can put very little in them. Constantly catching things on them. Very disappointing to pay so much and not be happy. The rest is fine, but the drawers are constantly annoying.
This company would probably be great if you get the right salesman.

We spoke with a salesman about getting our kitchen remodeled. We confirmed our purchase products on 8/14/2020 and were told that the remodel would not begin for 6-8 weeks due to their company's policy to wait until all of the kitchen items, i.e. cabinets, countertops, backsplash, handles for cabinets, sink, faucet, are in their possession and it would take only 2 weeks to complete the remodel. On September 28, 2020, our 2 week kitchen remodel began. On February 2, 2021, nearly 16 weeks after our promised end date our kitchen remodel was finally finished. We were never a priority to this company and the work was not quality either. From the salesman talking my wife out of the things that she wished for our kitchen, to the installation manager putting us to the bottom of the schedule every time that something went wrong with the guys making mistakes the he wanted repaired. Our cabinet door was broken by the installer and not installed until 16 weeks later. Our countertop had to be "ordered" and it would take 2 weeks from the supposed end date of our remodel. Once the countertop was in, it was broken not once but twice by the installers. Another two weeks for another countertop and the second time it was broken we were not informed until the plumber came in and noticed it and at that time the plumber informed the backsplash installer not to tell us. The backsplash installer rushed through the job and left grout all over the countertop and cabinets and uneven cuts all the way around. I would highly recommend deeply researching the work before trusting anyone to work in your home. Nearly 16 weeks past the promised completion date, having to go without a kitchen for a family of 6 during the holidays, the owner gave us a $2,000 discount on a $24,000 kitchen. We never received a phone call from our salesman not once and the owner only called after we informed the installation manager that we knew he had no clue of the problems we were having.

Really happy with my new kitchen - replaced those deep cabinets with drawers, more storage, beautiful back splash and tons more storage. Thank you!

Several years ago, ReBath of the Triad converted my tub/shower to a walk-in shower. Their work was excellent. When I decided to redo my kitchen, it was easy to choose the kitchen division, Kitchen Express, to do the work. Jay helped set everything up including the removal of my popcorn ceiling. I now have a gorgeous kitchen with solid cherry cabinets, quartz countertops, and tile backsplash. The installer, Jimmy, had a keen attention to detail that pleased my OCD self. I kept my existing kitchen floor, but did have them replace the floor in my foyer with LVP. Again, the work was exemplary! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to update a kitchen or bath.

I decided that when I wanted to have my kitchen redone I wanted the same service and quality that I had gotten with my new master bath install. Rebath of the Triad and Kitchen Express are both part of the Koehler Family business. Jay Koehler was of great assistance as I told him my hopes and dreams for a new kitchen. He made very helpful suggestions and gave me pros and cons of various decisions. I really like their business plan of getting all the materials together before starting on the remodel. From demotition of cabinets, etc to final electrical work the job took 14 business days. All the professionals who came to the house were fantastic, letting me know when coming and going and cleaning up after themselves. I'm very happy with completely new cabinets, floor, countertop, and backsplash. My new kitchen is beautiful. I highly recommend Kitchen Express

I had a really positive experience with Kitchen Express. This company renovated the bathroom and kitchen of my 106 year old home. Everyone was nice, professional, and punctual. I was consistently impressed by their knowledge, craftsmanship, and ability to deal with unforeseen issues. In a way, I feel like I lived my own episode of This Old House!

The end result was beautiful but, I was given subcontractors to work with and they took 2 months to finish the job. We were all sick of each other by the time it was over. There were a lot of things left undone, not done right and one thing totally screwed up, however to Kitchen Express’ credit, they sent folks out every time I found something new wrong and it was handled expeditiously. They did my bathroom in the past and did a wonderful job. That’s why I felt comfortable with them on this project. This project would have gone so much smoother and faster without the subs. In the end, KE was on top of everything and made it right.

They did a fantastic job remodeling our kitchen at an affordable price. They worked with us to choose the perfect cabinets and countertops. The installers were nice and professional. I was impressed with how quickly the work was done, and they went above and beyond making sure that everything was done well. I would definitely recommend Kitchen Express.

I absolutely love my new kitchen and would highly recommend kitchen express. From soft close cabinets, to timeless quartz countertop and gorgeous backsplash tile from Italy my new kitchen is not only beautiful but so much more storage and function. The staff was great from my consultant coming to my home bringing me samples so I could pick the kitchen of my dreams through the instalation and finished product. I felt completely safe leaving them to work while I was at my job and not home. They were professional, helpful and trustworthy the whole process through.

Mike and Glenn from Kitchen Express were both wonderful to work with! Kitchen Express is incredibly lucky to have them on the team because they were the only positive impression we got of the company. They were professional and courteous and did great work. However, this business is so poorly run it’s almost incomprehensible. There’s no way these 5 star reviews are legitimate. I would absolutely not work with this company again or recommend them to anyone I know. First off, when we initially signed the contract our salesman said we’d likely have the remodel complete before Christmas. Then, we go to pay the deposit and they tell us they can’t accept a debit card? In 2020. So we had to drive out to their shop on 2 separate occasions to pay the deposit, because after leaving work early to pay via debit card they told us to come back the next day with a check. Then we were told Scott would email us within 2 weeks to share our installation schedule. 8 weeks and multiple calls and emails go by, nothing. We had to chase Scott down through the whole process. Never once heard from our salesperson again after he deposited our money. In my line of work, sales staff at least check in to see how a project is going. Then, we finally received a schedule for our remodel (a whole 3 days in advance). We were told our kitchen sink would be hooked up on a Wednesday. Friday rolls around, still no sink. The person installing our tile informs me that the sink is now going to be installed on Monday. Never heard anything from Scott regarding the delay. Absolutely terrible communication every step of the way.

Kitchen Express is above EXCELLENT. We rate them 5 stars plus. We had three bids for our total kitchen remodel. Kitchen Express had higher quality cabinets and counter top than the other two (one was Marsh), and was about $3,000 less. All three promised hands on scheduling. With Kitchen Express everything was scheduled without one idle day or our contacting anyone. The other two gave us lists of sub-contractors for us to contact and schedule - not acceptable. It is one thing to say that when bidding on a job and doing it. Kitchen Express did it.
It is very unusual to have highly professional and skilled technicians WITH people skills - ALL technicians from Kitchen Express were professional and with polished people skills. That is a quality rarely found and Kitchen Express technicians were SUPER..
Now completed, the job looks like a magazine picture. We are so pleased with everything.
If you are looking for a complete or partial kitchen remodel do not waste your time with others - go with Kitchen Express.

Jimmy and the team from Kitchen Express did such an amazing job on our new kitchen. It was quite the transformation from our old kitchen covered in 80’s wallpaper! Their attention to details and quality and their great communication we’re the things that really stood out to me. I love my new kitchen!
