We had a great experience with Omar and his team remodeling our basement. They replaced all of the flooring as well as building in two closets. They also painted the entire space and were meticulous. We were pleased with a new exterior door they installed as well as two ceiling fans. We will use them again!

These guys sound like very honest people but my experience with them was the exact opposite.
They said their policy was to charge $150 for their cost estimates. I said that was find, but I provided a sketch of my project and my price point (and told them not to give me any cost estimates unless they are very sure of executing my project).
They promised that my price point was reasonable for the proposed project. So they charged me $150, and then sent me a cost estimate that was almost 3 TIMES MORE THAN the price point we initially agreed.
I think these guys dubbed me.

Omar was amazing. Met him at Lowe’s and just randomly asked him a question and he was so helpful and even sent his guys out to help me with my broken sewer pipe outside. The guys came out and were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you for your help! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!

A pipe burst in our bathroom wall and flooded our home. When researching quotes, Omar and his lead (Parker at the time who was either fired or quit midway through) came out and gave us a reasonable quote and an estimated time of repair at 8 weeks. They promised it would be simple, that they had a great relationship with the insurance company.
It was anything but. The process ended up taking almost 8 months and the cost doubled by the end of it.
We would ask them to communicate when they would be working as we have four dogs and would need to pay someone to help let them outside from being locked up while we were at work. They could never do that. We would pay for a dog sitter and no one would show up for days. So then we would not get one and lo and behold today they can work. It never failed.
We would choose the type of cabinets we wanted, different ones would be installed. They would install things incorrectly and then have to come back and completely restart. The craftsmanship was atrocious. They dented our new fridge. They incorrectly wired our dishwasher causing the circuit board to be completely fried.
It became so frustrating to work with them that multiple times we considered just firing them and restarting the process but after living out of boxes without floors and without a kitchen for months, we just wanted the project done.
When we finally signed off on it, it wasn't because we were happy with the job. Honestly we just wanted them out of our house.
The tiles they laid are falling apart less than six months later. Every single thing they worked on has cosmetic errors. But they are out of our house, so that's why I'll give them one star.
