Our experience from the initial consultation with Ty and Brittany through completion of the work by Noah was excellent. Ty and Brittany were very helpful in assisting us with options and explaining each step of the process. Noah arrived each day as scheduled. He meticulously prepped the area to minimize dust and protect other surfaces. Removing the contents of the cabinets was not required. He took great care painting the cabinet boxes and holds himself accountable to providing exceptional results. The cabinet doors were painted off—site and look great as well. Minimal cleaning was required after the job was finished. We are completely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend Nhance if you want to freshen, update to a new look, or restore cabinetry.

We were completely satisfied with Nhance from beginning to end. Floors look great. The advice to leave the floors natural was perfect. The moving company that works with Nhance did a wonderful job also. Not one scratch on the new floors.

We hired Ty and his NHance team for cabinet painting. They did a great job. They brought new life to my dull drab brown cabinets. I was impressed with the professionalism from the start to the end. We had NHance refinish our kitchen cabinets and upgraded our Pantry and pull out drawers. The team is very professional and did a wonderful job in transforming our kitchen. On January 9, 2024, our sump pump mal-functioned, and the heavy rain caused a flood in our basement. The next day, we contacted Servpro, and by the end of the day, a work crew was on site. The team leader, Joe Watson, was able to get the sump pump running, and by the morning of the 11th, the basement was substantially drained. Joe's co-workers on that call were Kelin and James, and they were all very solicitous in assuring that there was no serious damage to any of the items in the basement. On the 11th, Joe returned with Spencer Logan, and they set up a number of fans and a dehumidifier to start the drying out process. By the end of the day on the 12th, the drying process was all but complete, and the equipment was removed on the the 13th. Servpro's personnel were professional in every way, and thanks to their timely attention to the water removal and mold remediation application, any potential for damage was minimized. We would not hesitate to recommend Servpro for their services and to use them again ourselves

10/10 I highly recommend! 4 awesome men came to assist me from water damage and their customer service was out of this world. They came in and explained everything and began to demo. When I tell you honest, hard working people are hard to find now days and these men were extraordinary. Thank you: DJ, LOGAN.WILLIE, and JACK! I called Servpro to have them come clean a few rugs for me. When they got here I showed Rodney the ones I wanted clean, and when he was done they looked like brand new rugs!!! I will definitely be calling them again when I need them cleaned!!!!

We are just so thrilled at the job that DJ, Logan & Klein with ServPro did for us! They investigated the areas they thought might be affected (besides the places we thought) and found others and explained to us the processes they would be doing. They reassured me about other contractor would would be out to remove all my cabinets so they could get the flooring work done and dried out. They were very professional and courteous and explained everything in detail and kept our adjuster informed as well. I would DEFINITELY recommend them highly! Thank you so much guys! I called Servpro for some smoke damage in my home. They sent Rodney out an he and he was nice, respectful, an very helpful through the whole process. They are a great company with great employees.

On February 29, 2024 (9pm) we had a water pipe burst in the ceiling of our living room. The water settled between our living room and dining room and the ceiling fell onto the hardwood floors between the two rooms showering water everywhere. The next day we called for help. The plumber showed up at 9 am and SERVPRO was right there as he was finishing and immediately removed everything that got wet and started drying things out with numerous fans. DJ and Logan worked fast and DJ explained everything they were doing. After six days of drying, we are ready for renovation. DJ and Logan did a great job and we were very impressed by how fast they got here and remedied the situation. Highly recommend SERVPRO and these two friendly, knowledgeable, and professional employees.

Rodney came to my house and I had severe water damage and fixed it and have not had any more problems and it was very nice of him. He came in my house with the best intentions to help me. and im very grateful.
