I had a water damage in my at 408 Brightwood Church Road and ServPro send JC and Logan to inspect water damage and give an estimate.

JC explained the process of mitigation and reconstruction. I would recommend JC and Logan to any homeowner who has to through water damage in home.

From start to finish, great job all around. William, DJ, and the other guys responded quickly, assessed the issue (water damage from busted pipe) and explained everything thoroughly. Provided daily updates on mitigation and made sure I knew what to expect throughout. Editing review: mitigation team was great but had a horrible experience on the repair side. Do not recommend. Bad communication, terrible follow up, didn't even come out to inspect work done by contractors.

I hope to never need a water mitigation team again, but I’ll certainly utilize Servpro if I do. My mitigation manager Kelin and his team - Jeremy and Jerry - were incredible to work with. They were friendly, communicative, and worked with my crazy schedule. Always felt like I was in great hands. Really happy with the work as well.

Servpro did an awesome job coming to evaluate a house I was renting to determine the best path forward to move to another house without moving the mold contamination with me and my family. Would 10/10 use them again in the future!

Chris Williams and his crew of two did a fantastic job this morning on the initial remediation of my significant water damage. Removed flooring and baseboards to the affected areas can drive. We woke up to flooding the day before Thanksgiving! Gavin, Logan and Jack came out and worked past the scheduled time which cut into their Thanksgiving holiday break. I am very thankful they care enough to do everything they could to get us dry! They were very helpful and explained everything in layman’s terms about the process, what needed to be done next and when it would happen. It’s been a difficult day, thanks for caring and not leaving us just because the work day was over.

This review is for Jeremiah, Gavin, and Logan mitigation technicians at ServPro. This review only pertains to them not to anyone else at ServPro.

All three young men were courteous, friendly, polite and professional. They were very concerned with doing the work properly for us, understanding all that we had gone through in the flood in our home which ruined renovations that we had previously had done.

Recently after reconstruction and new renovations with a ServPro renovation/reconstruction crew supervised, or rather not supervised, by Brandon (who we do not recommend, with the exception of Cory and his flooring team who did a great job on flooring/carpets), after the flood, due to carelessness by the renovation/construction crew, we had to have another Second mitigation of our vent system due to excessive dust, grime, and even wood pieces in the vents as the renovation/reconstruction crew was careless in their work and did not take care in covering things or covering them consistently. We had thick dust everywhere (beyond what is normal for this type of work). Gavin requested to do the job for us because he had been here before and felt very badly for the experiences we have gone through with the flood and the renovation crew. Gavin and Logan made sure that they did a thorough job and expressed their concern for our well-being after going through all of the different disasters and damages from the renovation crew we have dealt with. Again, the three young men are professional, friendly, and very kind hearted. I would recommend these three young men without reservation.

Everyone from Servpro that worked on out job was professional, kind, and very communicative. I could not have asked for a better experience despite the stress of dealing with water mitigation, and would recommend them to anyone in need of these services.

Servpro gave us an immediate response when a plumbing issue caused water damage in our house. Crew Chief Chris Williams was so helpful in explaining the process and mitigating the problem. Garrett M., Michael J., and Stephen G. Were wonderful. They explained what they were going to do beforehand, listened to my concerns, worked steadily until the job was completed. They left the area cleaner than they found it. They had a camaraderie that was noticeable, soft spoken and kind. When we get ready to install our replacement window (which we need to get before it gets too cold), I would be delighted if they came back to install it.

We had an excellent experience with West Shore Home, and I want to specifically recognize Ismael, Cameron, and Conner for their outstanding work on our bathroom installation.

They worked an incredible 22 hours, even in winter weather, and truly went above and beyond every step of the way. Not only was the quality of their work top-notch, but they also took extra time to thoroughly check for any additional water damage to make sure everything was done right — something we greatly appreciated.

And did I mention the cleanup? The cleanup was exceptional. They left the space spotless and even hauled off all the trash, which made the entire experience completely stress-free.
