The entire process was painless. Our sales representative, Jon N was personable and informative of the entire process. On installation day Malachi B and Justin B did and excellence job. Malachi was very engaging and Justin's smile lit up when we said we liked the results. I highly recommend West Shore Home for bathroom remodeling.

Excellent work and all in one day! The sales rep said it might take 2 or 3 days since our garden tub shower conversion was so different than the normal. They also relocated all the plumbing for the new shower. Malachi .B, and Kenova. C worked hard all day and finished, even cleaning! I was amazed at all they did in one day. And what's even better...my wife was also pleased and loves her new shower. The guys were extremely polite and kept us informed the whole way. Thanks West Shore for sending such competent workers. Our new shower looks great!

2/6/2026: West Shore Home removed my bathtub today and replaced it with a walk in shower. I am 100% satisfied with the job done by Ismael and Cameron. They went above and beyond and got the job done in a timely manner and were very polite, knowledgeable, and courtesy. I give them an A++ rating. Thank you West Shore Home and also a big thank you to Ismael and Cameron. I will recommend you all to my family and friends. Job well done guys!!!

West Shore Homes is the best. I love my new shower. I want to give a high five to Justin Balsamo, Austin Coffee,and Corey Blackwell. They were great.

Richard V. and Isaac H. were the installers putting in our new walk in shower. They were very respectful and explained the whole process before getting started and made sure to clean up after. They even had us look over it to make sure we were happy or if there was anything we didn't like but they did an awesome job and it looks amazing so had no complaints for them.

West Shore came to our home at 8:00 am sharp. Ismael R. and Kenova came in and placed coverings on our floor from the front door, up the stairs around to the bathroom. They removed our old tub and shower, installed the new shower walls, floor and all accessories along with our beautiful glass shower doors! They were finished at 4:00 pm. They are so proficient that they cleaned everything, leaving no evidence of their presence except for our new shower! West Shore Home Winston-Salem was at the house today and installed a beautiful walk-in shower for us. Thank you Isaac and Cuffee for the efficient, great work. If you need a new walk-in shower, we highly recommend them.

Our installers, Ismael and Leland were on time, professional and very friendly. They worked well together and with me before, during and after the installation. Very clean housekeeping process.

After the shower were complete, my mother is having issues with drainage problems when she washes clothes that wasn't the before you guys came and installed both showers! This is bad workmanship that you guys are not trying to rectify the situation!

The guys did a fantastic job. They came in, we went over what was to be done, and they were busy with in 30 minutes. They had the old torn out in a half day, and finished by noon the next day. Great job, Victor R, Leland M, and Ismael R.

Daniel C., Adelaido M., and Dondrail G. on the install team were amazing and professional. They were able to work around all of our bulky furniture and were gracious enough to remove the blinds for us. They did a wonderful job with the windows installation and were very friendly.

This was an amazing experience and the did a fantastic remodel! Ismael, Cameron, Richard, Jashawn, Victor and Isaac transformed both my bathrooms. I’m stunned at what they were able to accomplish in 2 days! Thank you sooooo much!

Ashton P. And Steve G. are top tier installers. The work is exemplary and they are a good team. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. They are very nice people also. They answered all questions and made sure everything worked properly and they presented the functionality of the new installation.

My next project will be with WestShore and Ashton and Steve will be technical experts I will ask for.

We had our shower installed today and it is beautiful. Richard and Carl were excellent in every way. Very professional and polite and I highly recommend them to anyone needing this job done.They were the best. Our consultant Dylan Sims was also excellent to explain the job in detail with us. We are truly thrilled. Truly a five star plus company.

JALAND, STEVE, LELAND and AUSTIN did a wonderful job installing our new walk in shower! They asked how we wanted everything arranged and it's just perfect. They cleaned up everything and put things back where they go, including a heavy shelf and pictures. I highly recommend West Shore Homes!

Victor and Cameron arrived at my house at 8:30 this morning. Victor went over everything that had been discussed before hand so that there was nothing amiss. They both went to work and never took a break. 5 hours later they were cleaning up their mess and called me in to look at everything. Everything looked great. Victor went over the warranty and gave me tips on how to keep the shower clean and sparkling.

Michael J, Garrett M, Axel B, Brad K, Daniel C did a great job on my replacement windows. Very friendly, professional, cleaned up after themselves. Great job, highly recommend. The salesperson, Ellen D., was knowledgeable, personable and made the sales process simple and free of pressure.

West Shore Home isn't the cheapest nor the most expensive for replacement windows... but their product seems well built and the install team was top-notch.

Very professional and knowledgeable of home remodeling. My installers Steve, Austin, Darias and Joseph worked overtime into the night to make sure everything was right before they left. All were precise and helpful. I'm very satisfied with there workmanship.

1/23/2026: West Shore Home’s employees, Ashton F. And Daniel C. Installed four basement windows in my home. They were profession, courtesy, and display great customer service. My experience with them was a good one. I highly recommend them to install work needed from West Shore Home.
