Mariha was such a pleasure to talk to. She helped me get booked around my busy schedule. They really do operate under our convenience. Keatons communication was very good in regards to keeping me updated on when the materials were going to arrive and when my job was scheduled. When it came to the job getting done the guys were phenomenal. Micheal was so sweet and very professional during my final walkthrough. He made sure everything was done right, answered all my questions and made sure I was happy. Lastly Ashely was such a doll when I called to pay my balance. Everyone’s so sweet and understanding. I 100% recommend them!

Timothy was able to meet me at my house after work. Right away, he showed personability and professionalism and knew his stuff, having been in the business 21 years. He thoroughly inspected my roof and attic spaces, looking in places that I don’t think I had looked in many years and discovered some big concerns. We looked at all my options and decided I needed a new roof. A week later, here I sit with my brand new beautiful roof and I could not be more pleased with this company. My husband and I had sat with Seth Tickle One of the Excel roofing experts. Seth was neatly dressed for presentation he offered to ware shoe coverings which we thought was considerate. Seth was well spoken and courteous. He began to make us feel comfortable in the process of his presentation on which he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our concerns. Under the circumstances with the flooding in my home Brandon made things a lot easier! Brandon and Jenson were very professional, handled my belongings with care, and eased my nerves. Brandon came in and assessed the situation and was informative of the process. I would definitely recommend!!!

I’m extremely happy & very impressed. Getting an appointment for an estimate & services were fast & efficient. The Estimator, Mike Lilly was very professional, knowledgeable & thorough. The two gentlemen (Alex & Johnathan) that came out to do the work, were very mannerly. Those guys got the job done & exhibited impressive teamwork. They were at my house working for about 6-7hrs (duct cleaning & upholstery) and they kept me well informed throughout the process. They even made sure the areas in which they were working was cleaned up before leaving. Everything was done with perfection. I’am a very happy with the services I received & would recommend/ use ServPro again in the future.

Great service! The team, Jason and Devin, were friendly and made a horrible situation into a great experience. Our washing machine broke and flooded our wooden floors. The team came in, walked us through what they were going to do, removed the flooring for us and treated any discovered mold. We are truly grateful for all of their help!

We were assigned Servpro Greensboro, NC from State Farm. Our house flooded while we were out of town from upstairs through the ceiling to downstairs... a disaster. Our tech was Ryan with the Greensboro Office, and he was outstanding. He coordinated with us while we were out of town. He stayed until 1:45 a.m. to get everything done and then came back again the next day to do some additional work. He was always very responsive. Dustin the supervisor was also very helpful and returned our call even though he really did not need to, and then Brandon also came and followed up as the person monitoring as well, and he was really helpful and also answered our questions and was great also.

Just a quick kudos to the guys and gals at GSO Servpro. All the techs, David, Ben, Fernando, Jenson and Dustin. And the ladies I spoke with over the phone, Chelsea and Savannah. What a awesome group to work with. These folks are the best. My toilet malfunction was a huge mess with water flowing into three rooms. The first two techs were at my door an hour after I called. Eased my mind cause I freaked out! Started the mitigation and within two days had my house 90% dry. They talked me through the process and answered all my questions. I highly recommend these pros with any surprise home damage. I went through my insurance company who sent me to Serpro. Thanks so much.

Alex and Jonathan came out yesterday and were back today with their crew and removed the ceiling and floor of our kitchen along with the bathroom floor and hallway carpet. Mike Lilly was out here 3 weeks ago for the estimate and spent 2 hours doing an incredibly thorough job. They all did awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs mitigation and removal services. A++++
