I had the pleasure of one of Aztec
Roofing's field consultants, Wilbert Powell, pay a visit my house today. Although I was not in need of any of the services today, he was very polite, professional and respectful and explained all the different types of services that were offered should I have need for their services in the future. He was not pushy or trying to convince me to buy services that I didn't not need. This is great customer service!

Aztec Roofing did a great job replacing my roof after I experienced hail damage. Hector and Ulises were super helpful getting the insurance claim through. They were thorough in their inspection and accurate in their estimate. The entire team was efficient and tidy. They cleaned up every night. I appreciate their flexibility in scheduling the work as I had to evict a raccoon and babies from a wall. Outside of the insurance claim, they repaired the animal damage, pulled back a section of plywood and replaced animal soiled insulation and installed gutter guards. There were a few follow-ups that they were prompt to address. I highly recommend Aztec roofing!

I discovered a leak around my chimney. I reached out to Aztec because I knew they were the subs for a GC who had my roof replaced 5 years ago. Within an hour, Aztec was on site to inspect. the acknowledged that they worked on the roof 5 years earlier and had advised the GC the flashing needed replacing. the GC had refused their request to fix the flashing. As a sub, there was nothing they could do. They advised the workmanship warranty was 3 years. they offered a proposal to correct the leaks properly. I accepted the bid and 2 days later they had it repaired. The repair work looks fantastic and well done. The guys who came out were incredibly polite and respectful. the crew even takes pictures and send them to you so you don't have to climb up to look.I just wish I had known they could have fixed it 5 years ago. I would have happily paid the GC for the change order.

The Aztec crew was incredibly thorough and efficient; our roof was completed in one day. Ulysses was very helpful with getting our insurance involved, and patient with helping choose our roofing options. They were easy to work with from start to finish, leaving no debris behind. We will call on them to replace our gutters in the near future.

These guys are very thorough in their work from start to finish and they will work with your insurance company.They started about 8am on my roof and we're done by 3pm completely and they travel with their own Porto john lol .Great work

If you need a new roof, you cannot find a better company than Aztec Roofing LLC. We just had our roof done and are very pleased with the final result. Ulises Aguilar came out and inspected the roof with his assistant, Eric. They took pictures and explained the process from start to finish. We got a great price and a great experience. When the crew came out to install they were professional, courteous and respectful of our property. Our yard was pristine and free of trash when They left. We could not be happier with the finished product and the great customer service from Aztec Roofing. Thank you to the entire staff and crew.

If I could give a 10 star review I would. These guys are professional, kind, and bilingual. All of our questions were answered and we were constantly updated on the work that was done. An overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend!

Aztec roofing did an amazing job from start to finish. They worked directly with my insurance adjuster and even came to meet them on a Sunday because that was the only day that worked. I worked with Ulises and he made everything super easy. He is a great communicator and let me know everything that was going on and made sure all my questions were answered. Ulises called and worked directly with my insurance company and even got them to cover a few extra things he found along the way. They did an amazing job on the roof and worked very quickly to get it done. They put tarps over my bushes and when they were done left absolutely nothing behind. No materials, nails, trash, or anything. Aside from the beautiful new roof you would not even know they were there. If I ever need another roof, Ulises will be my first call.
