During a very stressful water damage event, the folks at SERVPRO stepped in and made the situation so much better. Angela provided caring guidance throughout the process. She advocates for her customers, and goes above and beyond to make sure their needs are being met.

Brandon and Ben provide exceptional service! They are professional, friendly, and efficient, but they're also patient and caring. They walked me through the mitigation process, and kept me informed along the way. They patiently waited while the office worked through insurance issues that threatened to delay work. Had they done otherwise (which was probably tempting on a Fri afternoon) the delay would've resulted in days of additional mitigation and further damage to my home. They took every measure to protect my home, and performed the work with the utmost care and consideration.

All-in-all, I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to help me through this experience. They did more than just help to repair my home, they improved the situation by providing compassion and support.

This company is top-notch. I am kept informed daily on what to expect, and the team is always willing to answer any questions I have. I appreciate their communication, timeliness, and collaboration with the homeowner's insurance company.

I have been very pleased with the work done by Servpro. All of the guys that were sent to my house were very polite, courteous and skilled in their trade. Angela in the office is wonderful and has superb communication skills. It’s hard to find anyone that really cares about what you’re going thru in the business world these days but she gave us world class service. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

ServPro did an excellent job on our home project. Angela in the office is pleasant, professional, and provides excellent communication. Jaylen and Christian performed the service and were outstanding. They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable and provided thorough explanations of what they were doing to remedy the problem I had. The outcome was high quality and above expectations. I highly recommend this company and Jaylen and Christian in particular!

The mitigation team did a wonderful job of keeping me informed when the insurance company didn’t. Angela L. not only needs a raise, but she needs to own the company.

There were a number of issues I had with communication via the vendors that Servpro used. Between the delays in getting the asbestos removal started, completed and certified, to getting started on the reconstruction, keeping the construction workers (Servpro hired) moving became an issue.

I sent an email to a few people over my concerns and the COO said he would contact me and even after I followed up, I never heard from him.

It took over 4 months to get our 4 small rooms completed.

My experience with Servpro was terrible. The reconstruction crew did a poor job and took months beyond what they should have. Walk-through with the manager was April 1, 2025, and the certificate of completion was finally done September 11, 2025, after Servpro wanted me to pay for work they did not do. In the meantime, I was not able to use the space.

The final straw was that they broke a bedpost on an antique bed in the mitigation phase on February 28. The man who did it showed me the broken post and apologized; he documented the breakage with pictures. When I asked Servpro to pay for fixing it, Tim Coffey refused. My lawyer sent him a letter, and he did not have the courtesy to respond. It seems ridiculous to have to take him to court. His employee took responsibility, but apparently he will not. My best advice is, do not do business with this company!

John and Alex just came out and did excellent work on the damaged flooring removal. Pleased with how they answered any questions I had and did not feel like I was intruding on their work. Each step of the process was explained clearly along the way. Each form was thoroughly explained as well before signing. The work was both prompt and professional. John and Alex did great work and if I ever have any issues I’ll be using SERVPRO again in the future!

We have used ServPro twice and both times they have been great to work with. They keep you informed as to when they are coming and what they are doing. Ben, Brandem and Jalen did an awesome job this time. Cleaned up great when they were finished.

We had a pipe burst in our kitchen resulting in the kitchen flooding along with our pantry, hallway and master bedroom. Servpro did an amazing job thanks to Brandon and Ben. Very professional. They answered all of our questions and worked hard to take care of our problem in a timely fashion considering the weather.

Servpro came right away when I called about water damage from a leaking hose to Icemaker. Brandon and his crew are very professional and serious about what they do to make it right for the homeowner. There is a lot of hardwood floor damage but I feel confident when the job is complete I will be very satisfied.

Every contact I’ve had with the staff at ServePro has been exceptional. From the very first contact with Sarah; to Angela, who has kindness & compassion down to a science; to the crew, Jalen, Christian, and Clayton who demo’ed the water damage. Very grateful for them all.

Julen and Sha’mar were both fast, courteous reliable they went over all the details of the home cleaning before during and after. They explained everything. They even let me know when they were leaving for lunch and when they will be back, these guys are the real deal.

I had some water damage on an exterior wall due to roofing issues. Once the roof was fixed, they came in to her remediate. Tate, The project manager was very communicative. The subcontractors were very efficient and respectful of our home And cleaned up very well after he work. We appreciate that we could pay out-of-pocket to have some additional insulation put in since insurance was covering the overall repair.

Servpro has been great from the start. They have been helpful, friendly and efficient. Nothing about damage to your house is fun, but Servpro has taken the stress out of each and every step. I hope I never have to use them again, but I won't hesitate to call them if the need ever arises. Brandon, Fernando and every member of the crew go above and beyond and keep stressed minds at ease.

Ben, what is my first point of contact would Servpro he did an amazing job with letting me know all the details necessary for my property restoration. He was very professional and kept communication open throughout the whole process. I appreciate how him and Brandon took care of my belongings as if they were their own. Servpro was great when I needed them the most!

2 days before Christmas. Its never really a convenient time for your dishwasher to leak. I called and left a message that night (it was not an emergency). Savannah wakes me the next morning around 7am. She was very pleasant and spoke clearly (sounds crazy, but thats a plus from the beginning) she explained my options and I skipped the estimate to have someone come out and start the process. I get a 1 hr time frame for when the guys will be arriving. They call before the time and make sure its OK if they're early (another plus). Ben and Brandon show up at the house. Both EXTREMELY polite and sympathetic to the situation. They talked me through everything, and got to work. I was told that Servpro would take care of everything with insurance. Im still in the drying stage (day 2). I felt the need to get this review out now in case someone needs a service with a trustworthy company who's easy to work with. These guys know their stuff. All the demolition was cleaned up and hauled away, I didnt have to do anything! I can't talk to the pricing (insurance is taking care of it), but the service and the kindness I was shown was worth whatever the cost. They probably could have finished a bit earlier, but Im a talker, and they took time to talk to me (another plus in my book). I hope to never need their service again (fire and or water damage isn't something you wish for) but if something else does happen, I know who to call! Ill be back with a follow up after its all over.

We had major flooding in our church due to the roof not being properly installed. Brandon and his crew came in promptly and with great efficiency. I have never met any more polite and hard working young men. They explained all that they were doing and answered every question that we asked. I’m so thankful for the excellent work that they did for us at Tabernacle Baptist Church but I really hate to see them leave.

You can’t imagine the shock of having a flooded basement on Thanksgiving day right in the middle of the afternoon! Ben and his crew did an amazing job just putting our hearts and minds at ease. My favorite part is How wise and well experienced Ben was. They were so thorough to make sure that everything was dry and all the damaged furniture boxes, pictures equipment, and everything was taken out of the space and properly handled with Care and Love just like we would’ve done. I don’t really have the words to express our sincere gratitude for the work, these gentlemen did. They took great care of our home, our safe space our private space. They were extremely respectful. Servpro, it’s not every day. I can give a review like this. In this day and age so many people do not take pride or accountability for their work, but these gentlemen were outstanding! Thank you, Ben, and all the gentlemen as well. You turned what could’ve been a horrible situation into a pleasant experience. Thank you.

Aztec did an excellent job replacing my roof! Very quick and outstanding work! I recommend them to any homeowner that needs a roof replacement.

The representative and workers were all TEAM PLAYERS.The only thing missing from their Supermen work ethics and additude was the CAPE😁👍. Superb Job! I would recommend Aztec roofing for any task.
