AH&F Electrical recently did some exceptional work in our home. Mr.Hicks was on time, he communicated well, and performed a level of service that stood out amongst the rest. We were extremely happy with the work he did and would highly recommend him for any job big or small. AH&F will do all our electrical work from now on.

Had Antonio install some outlets in the floor in our Den and Kitchen. First thing we noticed was how friendly and easy it was to talk with him. I had some concerns of how things were going to get done, how things would look, those kind of things, He settled all of my concerns in the first 10 minutes he was here.
His work ethic is top notch, and is truly devoted to customer satisfaction. The outlets are of amazing quality! I originally found AH & F on one of those home improvement sites, AH & F was the ONLY company that would come out and do an estimate. He was on time, took notes(!), and even answered some questions about a job that I was going to do on my own.
Scheduling was easy and I would recommend Antonio for any job that you might have need of!
I have him on speed dial now.

Mr Hicks was excellent. He repaired some old 3 and 4 way switches I had issues with and fixed my outside outlet. If anyone needs electrical service, I HIGHLY recommend him for the job. Professional, on time, proficient, and affordable. I will definitely be using his services again.

Excellent job! We had a small electrical project (lights and outlets) that we needed taken care of which consisted of finishing one unfinished bonus room. My call to AH&F was answered by a live person who reviewed with me what it was that I needed done and what services they could provide. Antonio Hicks, the owner, came out and walked the site with me. He listened, took notes and pictures and came back with a quote that was detailed and within the range of other quotes that I had received. We went with this company for several reasons. Antonio worked his calendar around my calendar and we were able to get this project scheduled weeks ahead of what others were offering. Antonio showed up fifteen minutes before the project start time (on a Saturday). He was prepared and went right to work. Antonio briefed on what actions he was taking at every step. Actually, he briefed as he worked which kept him on schedule throughout the project. Upon completion, we again walked the site as Antonio explained some of the details that went into the project that I was unaware of. All of my questions were answered, most were answered without me even having to ask. I appreciate the personal service received, sometimes that is missing with some of the larger companies.
I would use this company again and definitely would recommend them as well!

Best electric company in Triad area. I got my Tesla charger installed and working perfectly. There is an inspection need to be done after installation. I couldn’t make it home and wait during working hours. Antonio came to my house again and take care the inspection. Highly recommended :)

We worked with Antonio from AH&F Electrical Co. to have our kitchen and living room lighting upgraded from the builders standard plastic lighting to recessed lighting throughout the space with dimmers. He was very professional and provided a lot of information and details that made it easy to understand the process. He was thorough and timely with his responses and kept updated throughout the project. We encountered one small issue but he quickly rectified the matter and that further demonstrated his commitment to professional, quality service. Our kitchen and living room space is bright and I love the dimmers to adjust the mood in the rooms. We would (and will) definitely use his services again and would (and have) recommend him to others.

Had a possible electrical emergency occur while working on a clients home. Antonio was fast to answer my call, arrived on site quickly, and fixed the issue for me and our client on his first trip. He communicated during the entire transaction and was professional along the way. Highly recommend.

He arrived on time and got to work quickly. Very courteous of my home space and even swept upon completion. I have found my forever electrician. You won’t be disappointed!

Element Electric installed a Level 2 car charger for my house. They were very responsive to my calls and emails and showed up when they said they would. Their price was very reasonable and the guys who showed up to do the field work were very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. They cleaned up after themselves. My car is very happy and so am I. I would use them again and highly recommend.

The road crew endangered my life on Hwy 80 last Wednesday... Had right lane blocked off and motioned for me to go ahead up mountain on wrong side of road and when I got to the place where they should have had a man stopping traffic the sign was laid down by side of road nobody in sight... A silver car was coming and would have hit me head on if I had been 30seconds later....

I am giving 3 stars because I have used H. P. Wright in the past to wire a horse barn and then again to wire a water heater for the same barn. I had a great experience, felt that they were professional and did good work. Unfortunately 2 years later I am looking at adding lights for my riding arena (another big project) and they are not returning my phone calls. First they missed an appointment to come out and provide me a quote, then when I rescheduled the appointment they showed up at the wrong time, when I was not home. They still looked around and talked with my husband (who did not know the details of what I wanted done). Then after 2 weeks with no price quote I called and they stated that would get me a price the next day. However, they did not and I called 3 more times leaving voicemails with no return phone call. Clearly they no longer want my business. Their loss considering I've had them do $10,000 worth of work for me and was about to do another $5,000 plus project with them. I'll be looking for a new electrician. 3 stars because they've been good to work with in the past.

A great company that does high quality work. They are dependable to finish what they start.

One of the best commercial electricians I have ever worked with in my 25+ years as a project superintendent.

Yeah I'm sure the field teams are great. But office management doesn't follow through with what they say. And most issues typically start at the top.

Fellas gotta brush off them back steps on those work vans a little before going from job to job and riding the left lane on the highway for miles..Burlington area..threw about 5 rocks on my windshield before i finally passed em camping that left lane.. understand its a little muddy out on the jobs but needs to be part of procedure to be considerate of your other commuters on the road.

Driver of truck 168 needs coaching. 20 over the speed limit rolling through a red light and quick lane changes without signal is unacceptable. Employee drivers with the company name on it are representations of the company. Seeing an employee act like this would make me want to go with a different company without giving this one a chance.
