From the Initial Service request interaction to the actual service call by the service technicians, my experience with Welborne Electric was an effortless experience completely wrapped in industry leading customer service and exception technical competence. These guys know their business and their electrical expertise is only bested by the nice friendly “we want your business” demeanor of the office personnel. My family and I highly recommend this big company with a small company feel.

My husband and I have used Welborn Electric several times over the last few years. We have been so pleased with the work they do and the professionalism of their teams. No matter who they send out to do the work, they always know what they’re doing and are very courteous and efficient. From the electricians to the accounting staff, we are always impressed with the way they treat their customers. We recently had some trees fall in our back yard, knocking the electrical box off the house. We spoke with Shannon and he sent Agustine and Jhonathon out. They informed us that they would need to install a new electrical box to code. After ordering parts, they came back out and installed the new box. Shannon coordinated with the city to have an inspection done after the work was completed. Duke Energy then sent someone out to put their meter into the new box. He let us know that Welborn had done a great job.
When a whole team of people do the kind of work Welborn Electric does and treats their customers as well as they do, it is obvious that their work ethic comes from the top down.

Welborn Electric has brought back what use to be standard. CUSTOMER SERVICE! They responded to request quickly. The electricians who came out were superb in their knowledge of our issues. Very nice, courteous and on time. I would highly recommend Welborn Electric for all your electrical needs.

After several other companies didn't return my call or didn't show up, I called Welborn Electric - boy am I glad that I did! Welborn answered immediately, they were professional, helped me schedule an appointment, and sent me info to fill out when they said they would. Best of all, they called back the same day with an earlier appointment for that afternoon! The guys that came to fix my electrical issue were professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them!

After gathering information on reviews and receiving quotes I decided to go with Welborn Electric. Threw a service order I was able to select the date I wanted them to come out. The two electrician team arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They assembled, replaced and hung three lighting fixtures for me. They even offered to remove the empty boxes. They were able to do the work in two hours. I would recommend Welborn Electric to anyone who’s looking to have electrical work or lighting fixtures replaced. I will definitely use them again if the need arise. I’m giving them five stars.

What a wonderful experience! The team was so friendly and talked me through each step of what they did so that I knew exactly what needed repair. They also installed an outside outlet in no time. They were very professional and respectful. I have saved Welborn Electric in my favorites in case I need them in the future and I will be telling all of my friends!

I have called three times, emailed Shannon and texted with him at his request to get someone to quote wiring up my building. He has not contacted me back. Business must be that good.

Excellent work! A painting and drywall contractor knew of Welborn and recommended I contact them to have some outdated lighting removed and new wafer LED lights installed in my kitchen. Shannon N. came to my house to quote the job. He was prompt and immediately was able to offer helpful suggestions of lighting placement. He explained exactly what the workers would do and how. He took pictures and drew diagrams so he could accurately communicate to the workers. He sent me a quote in a timely manner and provided dates of availability. We agreed on a date and the electricians were there promptly. They got right to work and were highly skilled and very precise with measuring and lighting placement. They also cleaned up all debris when they were done which was nice. For once, a contractor did an excellent job and did not damage anything in my house. While Welborn is not the cheapest, I actually didn't mind paying more for great service because it's very hard to come by in this "new climate". They get down to business and they don't waste any time. Very professional from beginning to end. Welborn will be our "go-to" company for any future electrical needs. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing company to work with. Have gotten the opportunity to have multiple jobs done by this company, and they always outperform themselves each time. They're my go to electricians on projects, and do amazing work , always on time ,and have extremely knowledgeable technicians . Hands down the best !

We had Welborn come replace some outlets, GIFs, switches, and 7 fixtures for my mom. I didn't take photos of them all but you can see what a difference fresh lighting makes. They were able to schedule us quickly as we have another contractor coming in this week. Shannon answered the phone everytime I called and was responsive. My mom is already planning for them to come back and do more work. :)
