We called Steel Electric at 8 pm on a rainy, muddy night with a well outage affecting 10 families. Mr. Dalton, the owner, was there in 15 minutes and had found the problem (not an obvious one), repaired it, leaving it with higher quality and better installation than he'd found it. He charged a very fair price. We're delighted to have found an electrician we can count on!

Easily the best electrician we've ever dealt with. Mr. Saladeen came to see why one of our sunroom breakers kept tripping. He saw that the plug was faulty, albeit only a few months old. Instead of inflating the job and suggesting the sunroom be rewired or suggesting a new panel as two other electrical companies did in their free estimates, Steel Electric saved us some money and gained lifelong customers in the process. Since then, Steel has handled everything from floodlights to a new air conditioning for the sunroom to landscape lighting. Everything is explained, options are presented, and the repairs last. We couldn't be happier with their professionalism, great advice, and ability to get the job done right; the first time. I'd recommend Steel Electric without any hesitation!

Attempted to schedule an appointment for a quote. The office staff was rude and did not seem interested. Also, the response from the owner below is categorically false!

The gentlemen workers were polite.They completed the work in a timely manner. The price was lower than another company.
