This company is amazing. I work in real estate so I work alot with alot of companies that work on houses. Three experiences you do not find with a company. 1. Everytime I called someone picked up. This includes after hours. 2. There prices were better than anyone else. 3. Unbelievable customer service. I had a second issue unrelated to the work Mark who also answered the phone each time came on short notice and took care of me. You will not find that combination of high level customer service, responsiveness, quality work and pricing in one company. Usually you pay extra for quality work and responsiveness is a rareity. Best service ever anywhere in any trade!

Steve Collins showed up the same morning I called. I have never used Mr. Electric before. He was very polite. The fix turned out to be way more complicated than originally thought. He kept me apprised of everything he found and his solution to fix the problem. He worked inside and down in the crawl space until my problem was solved to my satisfaction. This has been the nicest experience with any service provider. I will definitely use
Mr. Electric and Steve whenever I find myself needing help. I will also sing his praises to anyone who ask me for a recommendation.

Kenny and Diaundre worked for us over two days: first they installed a new cathedral ceiling fan/light fixture and then the next day they worked on a complex installation of a new chandelier hung from a very high cathedral ceiling. They worked together very carefully as a team; they cared for our house; they cleaned up; and they work hard and efficiently. In addition, both are fine gentlemen. Mr. Electric has excellent technicians, but Kenny and Diaundre are truly exceptional. We've relied on Mr. Electric companies before moving to NC; we shall never call upon any other electricians and this particular company. A five star rating isn't praise or satisfaction enough.

Steve Collins and his assistant Deandré did an excellent job on a complex 100 year old home. Professional, timely, thorough and very responsive. This kind of exceptional experience is thoroughly appreciated and we will always do business with Steve in the future!!

Kenny and Diandre were courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, on time, and figured out and fixed a couple of tricky issues that were found once the work started. Had a ceiling fan installed in my son's room. No overhead light so had to start from scratch. Took about 2 hours and looks excellent! Professional installation and courteous installers. Will get another fan in a second bedroom later on this year and Mr. Electric will do the job.

Mr Electric was quick to contact me even over the weekend and set up an appointment. The technician, Kenneth, was knowledgeable and professional. He correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly at a reasonable price. Previous electrician has misdiagnosed the problem and quoted $1000's of dollars in repairs. Kenneth was quick and efficient. The problem is fixed and for just $300.

Definitely the best experience I have ever had with contracting out a company to do work on my house. I had Mr Electric install a Tesla charger for home use. Mark was so thoughtful and professional. He spent time explaining everything to me, let me ask questions, and offered me a solution that would use my existing set up. Balex also came out but told me I needed an entirely new 200A panel, which Mr Electric confirmed was just not true. Balex quoted me $3k more than what I cost Mr Electric to do this job. Hands down the best electricians I have ever worked with! Thank you Mr Electric!!

I felt very comfortable working with Mark & his team. These guys are seasoned, efficient, professional, and affordable. Kenneth was awesome! He explained our situation very clearly and was helpful about resolving our problem. We anticipated this to be a larger project than what it turned out to be so we saved a lot of money. The entire team from the owner to the technicians were great. We experienced and unexpected and costly repair, the technician conducted a thorough inspection and was certified assuring they could get the job done. Mark the owner helped us through the process, corresponded with the insurance company and helped with financing. The job got done in less than two days, also their initial inspection is free not like these other companies that charge an arm and leg just to take a look. I set up an appointment for multiple jobs around my house on the website on Sat night, surprised to receive a call on Sunday to set up a time which was for Monday. I was thrilled because I have an O2 concentrater that was blowing the breakers. Mr Wilson was my tech who gave me an affordble solution. He also installed, light fixtures, switches and a wired doorbell. Diaundre was a pleasure to work with, professional, and very knowledgeable.
