I recently hired Triad Electric Solutions to address electrical issues in my home. While their electrical work was satisfactory, I was disappointed to find my floors covered in mud and dirt upon completion. In addition to the dirty floors, I observed water droplets left on my counter and floor by the technicians, along with black scuff marks throughout. Despite the website's claim that technicians put on booties before entering your home, they were not used during the service in my home. I honestly feel like it was done on purpose. The lack of cleanliness overshadowed the positive aspects of their service, leaving me dissatisfied with the overall experience.

The most important thing was that David listened to what I wanted, then help devise a plan that met my needs. Installation team was prompt, professional, and tidy. The estimate was reasonable and the time from consult to completion was about 1 week. I will definitely use this business again.

We have used Triad Electric Solutions for two projects so far, one small fixture installation, where they showed up when they said they would and completed the work efficiently and exactly as asked. For our larger project they were running power to our shed, including permits. The estimate process was incredibly easy, David was our Project Manager and he was very responsive, answering questions and adjusting the estimate immediately when needed. They came out exactly when they said they would and completed the work in great time, scheduling all permit inspections to coincide with work completion. I cannot recommend a company more than TES. They show up on time, complete work efficiently, the teams are pleasant and never talk down to you, the work is excellent quality. We’ve already returned once, we will be using TES again for our future electrical work.

Did an excellent job and even help me set up my ring system before they left. I was very impressed by how helpful they were. If you are looking into this company I will admit I was a little hesitant at first based on limited reviews but they are great. If I need any work done in the future I will definitely being using them.

The owner and technicians were professional and knowledgeable, the work was done efficiently, aesthetically, and for the price quoted. David was responsive, had good suggestions that improved the work I had originally intended, quotes were unambiguous, and the work was great. Will use them again if I need an electrician.

Triad Electric Solutions installed a generator plug and did an excellent job. David, the owner responded quickly with a fair quote, fast installation, and discovered a potential problem during the installation. He is actively working with me on finding a solution and helping me through this process. His teams were nice and professional.

Triad Electric was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had a water leak that came from my upstairs bathroom into my kitchen. My insurance company wanted everything tested before turning the power back on. I was able to get an appointment within 1.5 days. Such a relief because a kitchen without power is a nightmare. They efficiently checked all of my light fixtures and electrical outlets and were able to get everything turned back on.

Since the repairs were limited from the flooding, the technicians were able to get me estimates for other projects I had in my house. They successfully installed a new outlet in my closet and ran conduit through the wall to run cords through discretely. Then they were able to install a completely new Ring Flood Light and the electrical needed it to connect. They had to cut into my drywall for installation but they made sure the damage was minimal and you and barely notice it.

They just completed hard-wiring our sauna and did a great job. Very clear communication and completed the work very quickly. Would use them again for future projects.

David was a great point of contact and lead for my basement renovation project which I spearheaded on my own instead of hiring a GC. He made sure the extensive electric work met code set up all inspections and was fairly responsive. When he did respond he answered all question thoroughly and explained things thoroughly. He was always open to meeting with me and very professional. Recommend

My wife and I contacted David to help us with lighting upgrade in our great room; we weren't exactly sure of the best way to improve the lighting. David came in and immediately made suggestions for improvements. A few days later his team came out and add can lights to ceiling, changed out our ceiling fan and changed out two chandeliers. They were very professional and worked very quickly to finish our project. We highly recommend Triad Electric Solutions. We will certainly use them again in the future.

Triad Electric Solutions had first availability and reasonable pricing. Austin was incredibly professional and helpful. He identified some problematic items with my house's wiring while addressing another issue. He was able to get both problems knocked out quickly, explaining to me in simple terms what was needed and why. This was a huge help and I believe saved me money in the long-run.

Very knowledgeable, professional and communicated everything along the way. I called other electrical companies and and never received call backs. I call Triad Electric Solutions and was prepared to wait a week or 2 but David came the next day for my consultation and was able to send his team within days to install a 220 for my dryer. His team was nice and knowledgeable as well and finished in like an hour and a half. I will definitely use Triad Electric Solutions again as well as recommend them.

I have been very pleased with Triad Electric Solutions, from making an appointment to the actual installation of my ceiling fans. Claudia was on time for the scheduled appointment, worked tirelessly and with a smile despite having to be in and out of my attic for part of the installation. I am very happy with her work ethic and will most definitely recommend Triad Electric to family and friends.

I had a great experience. They were able to get to me on the day that I called. Their tech, Austin Hart, was great. He worked quickly, fixed the issue, and was a nice person. They will be the first electrician that I call when I need them again.

The team i worked with, lead by David, were amazing and went above and beyond. They sacrificed time, energy, and money to step up for me when my city decided my house wasn't worth the time to do things as they are expected.
