Today...an expert electrician ...Rafael... installed a new chandelier style, lighting fixture (replacing an old , failed, one) and a new dimmer switch. What a difference and such a great PRICE. These are my "Go To" People.

Very professional, kind and skilled group, David explains things in easy to understand way. Had a pool heater and sauna to connect, a bit of a complicated project but they did whatever necessary to correctly wire and connect it all. I requested a free quote for a smart panel installation and was asked to send several photos, which I provided promptly. I was told a quote might be possible without an on-site visit due to the standard nature of these panels. It’s now been about a week with no follow-up or response, so I’ve chosen to move forward with another company.

These guys did an awesome job wiring our new house!! Walked us through the process and brought up important things other companies didn’t.

They were able to accomplish what I needed in little time and not many interruptions in my work. Pleased with the work and their kindness and respect. Before install and after photos.

Would give them ten stars if I could. Very large project updated the breaker panel, adding a RV and generator plug with whole home surge AND EV charger. They exceeded expectations every step of the way and met every deadline they communicated. David was great to work with and really knew his stuff. Triad Electric is a great company to work with from my experience. Everyone that I spoke with was professional and knowledgeable. David did whatever he could to get the job done in a timely manner and sent me real time updates whenever the status of the job changed. The price was reasonable and they did a great job overall.

I am super happy and satisfied with the quality and professionalism of this business. David came to my house, for an “emergency”, because the tech that was supposed to come, was still busy on a job. I really, truly, believe he went above and beyond for me. He explained everything to me, in ways I could easily understand, was honest, and so thorough in the inspection and repair I needed. Very disappointed. Balex failed to show up between the agreed upon time and when called couldn't provide an ETA. Complete waste of my time.

We used Balex just last week to check our outdoor outlets to ensure a safe setup for an above ground pool. Scott and his team are awesome, so helpful and friendly! We couldn't be happier with our experience and are planning to use them in the future for a bigger home electrical project!

Parker & Chris were on time, very professional & neat. They took out our builder grade lighting & installed new ones. We would recommend them to everyone who needs electrical work done. Also very reasonably priced too.

Finally found a company I can trust for all of my electrical repairs /needs! Balex sent their newest electrician, Derrick. Great experience with him! He was professional, helpful, and did in less than one hour what another electrician was going to charge me 8 hours to do. So glad I called!

Marcellus and Mike came out a bit early, both were super friendly and knowledgeable, they did great work, professional the whole time. Kept me informed on what they were doing, answered my questions, explained options. They then did an inspection of the house and Marcellus explained what could be done in the future. I'm super happy with them and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend this company.

Balex had updated a fan and several lights before for us. They brought our fan ceiling box up to code at that time.

This time we had a hall light fixture replaced because we were concerned about the wiring. (I posted a photo, but there wasn't a way to connect the review with the photo. It is the one where the hall is prepped to be painted.

They do excellent work, and I would highly recommend them.
