Wonderful company, great communication, very quick & helpful. Had to reschedule twice due to parts not coming on time and they were very understanding, they even came a day earlier than the rescheduled date due to parts finally arriving. Kenny was our tech & he was so friendly, acted like a friend. highly recommend!

I would have given it 5 stars because I can't stress enough how absolutely wonderful Diaundre (electrian) was. Unfortunately their prices are very high. Mine cost $305. and after Diaundre left another company that I had called previously for a free estimate returned my call and they charge $150 for the same thing. Prices are way too high but they are very fortunate to have Diaundre as an employee.

The work itself was done very quickly and professionally. The electrician Kenny was great! However my issue is regarding the communications and payment. I was told on site by the electrician that it was fine to invoice the payment so that I may forward that payment to the accounting office for my business. The owner/accountant (David) has since then called my phone almost Everyday harassing me for payment and that apparently it should have never been invoiced. Nonetheless, I followed up with our accountant and have reassured him Multiple times that the payment will be made. I understand this is a business, but calling my phone Everyday to harass me on this payment that I was told was fine to be invoiced is highly unprofessional and we will likely not get services done from this vendor again.

I was very pleased with the work of Stephen and DeAndre. They showed up on time worked diligently explained everything they were doing and I thought did quite quality work. I am 100% satisfied and would certainly recommend them to a friend and I do plan on using them for future work.

I had a GFCI outlet go bad and I reached out on Angie’s list to find an electrician and Mr. ELECTRIC was the first to respond, within seconds. They were able to come out to my home about two hours after of my original call. Steve arrived and Diagnosed the issue and repaired it promptly. Additionally, he did a safety check on my entire home and found a couple of areas that needed attention. Great job by Steve and Mr. ELECTRIC. I would highly recommend them for speed of service, professionalism and fair prices.

So glad I called these guys first! I ordered some light fixtures from overseas, and not only were they able to install them in my stone mantle, but they also swapped out the insides so it would fit standard US bulbs. Excellent, courteous, and fairly priced! Thank you so much!

Austin installed my wiring for shower and it was a great job!!! He was very informative and very through. He explained everything to me and next best steps! I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Triad Electric Solutions. From the moment I touched base with David to schedule the fan install until completion, I received nothing but the best customer ever. The two installers were in and out in about an hour. They were very experienced and assured me the job would be done right, which it was. I also used Zelle to pay the bill.

Dave an his crew came out on the scheduled time set very Promptly, set up shop an had my whole kitchen Rewired before I was done mowing the lawn. Very Professional, Respectful, an they take Pride in their Workmanship an the Service an Installations are Awsome. Very Clean Quick an Proficient. David came on a weekend & I was prepared to pay an added “emergency call” fee. He only flipped a breaker switch on my panel till it reset and checked the GFI outlet which said may need to be replaced but while the indicator light was working, there was still no current in the circuit. He never checked the rest of the outlets on the circuit which were 4 in total. 1-2 days later after I attempted to change the GFI, it would not work. I called David back for a follow up call but never heard back. As I was almost a week late with payment, I never got a return call & was charged a $75 late fee (State law says 4% fee maybe assessed after 15 days late). David sent an e/mail back saying once I paid the past due & the late fee, he’d come back again to fix what he should have in the first place. Needless to say, I went to someone else as David’s interests clearly rested in this case with getting paid second to completing the job right! Very dissatisfied & feel ripped off! Certainly can’t recommend the consonant based on my experience.

I called Triad Electric Solutions and received their electrician out to my home in about an hour. Not only was that fast but the electrician was well versed in solving my problem. I'll call Triad Electrical Solutions from now on! Excellent service!

David and his team were very responsive, professional and courteous. They did a great job installing a GFI outlet for our new whirlpool tub and rewired our water heater. I highly recommend Triad Electric Solutions.

I was introduced to Triad Electric Solutions by Home Depot. For initial assessment sharp 11AM appointment time it was there. For actual installation, I was driving 150 miles. Running later. They gave enough time for mw to safely drive and provide access to the site. Initial duration was assessed 8 hours. They followed "slow and steady wins the race" approach to complete the tasks in 3 days. The second day I trusted them and paid off all the charges. Probably they liked it. On the third day, before we arrive from 150 miles, they completed the work and left the key in a safe place. When we opned the door, WOW, amazing work. They cleaned up the entire 2100 SQFT area. I said to myself, writing as they are would be an excellent review. That is what they are. We changed our mind and requested them not to do certain assigned tasks. They did offer to discount. We said, please keep it.

I highly recommend Triad electric solutions! I hired them to upgrade our electrical service and couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. Great staff, prices, and end results. I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

David and his crew were very professional and respectful. He provided an estimate the morning after he came for a site visit to investigate our needs for new electrical service in my detached garage. The work was scheduled within the week and completed in 1 day. Excellent work and follow-up.

David came to our house to replace two switches. He was informative, trustworthy, practical, and friendly. He also followed COVID guidelines to ensure we felt comfortable. Totally recommend.

Highly recommend Triad Electric Solutions. Prompt and responsive. Called on Monday, got a reply on Monday, got a quote on Tuesday, and installed a new outlet on Thursday. Very courteous, good communications throughout. Will definitely call on them again with any other electrical needs.
