If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. Every time I call in my order they say they have everything a then when you get there my order is missing multiple items. Seems like they don’t manage their inventory. Even if they do have everything there’s a 90% chance that they pulled your order wrong. It always seems like you force them to do their job. I recently had some miscommunication between me and a counter guy and got the wrong wire. No problem I owned up to my mistake and took some of the wire, while the employee was in the back me and my coworker could hear him cussing us/ throwing stuff and slamming doors. I had no problem taking accountability for my mistake but it is absolutely unnecessary and unprofessional to throw a tantrum and blame it on me when it was a group mix-up. All and all I now avoid this branch at all cost. Definitely needs a new manager to look after their employees and double check inventory. Do not go here.

Whether it was upgrading our boat showroom lights, or relocating a wall outlet for a new office, the techs at Lowdermilk have always been courteous, clean, and on time.

We have a property management company and Lowdermilk has been doing our electrical work and repairs for years. They are prompt and professional and do excellent work. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

Called them to move an electrical outlet and cable connection so I could mount a TV. They came and looked around then left and came back and did the work. I get the bill and it's almost $600! To move some outlets a couple feet. Why do I have to pay for them leaving to buy materials from Lowe's. If you know what the job is shouldn't you have the material with you when you show up for the job? It took them 3.5 hours to move an outlet. I'm not an electrician but that seems like a simple job to me. Shouldn't take that long plus they charge me travel time for not having equipment. I should not have to pay for you not being prepared. I called to complain and they credited me half an hour like they were doing me a favor. $600 to move an outlet is robbery. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Lowdermilk Electric has been our electrician for at least 25 years. They always do a great job and have the nicest electricians. They recently did a big job for us - the instillation of a whole-house generator. A few nights ago, the power went out in our neighborhood and was out for 23 hours. The whole house generator worked perfectly!

I will 100% recommend these guys!! They weren't the cheapest quote we got but I feel like we got more than our monies worth. They were super professional, respectful of my time, responsive to all my silly questions, and were even nice to my dogs (talked to, petted, and didn't mind the brat dog barking)! They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and I'm confident they will be available for support should I ever need it.

And did I mention they were nice to my dogs? LOL

I called and they came to my house the very next day and 5 minutes early! 🌟 I needed my main panel box cleaned out before I could sell this house. They took the breakers out and detail cleaned it very well! They had to leave to get something and came straight back. In and out thank you Lowdermilk employee's! I would highly recommend this company for your project! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They showed up on time every day. Their work was done accurately and professional. I noticed one thing that wasn't completed/overlooked so I called them and they were out the very next day and completed it with no problems. It was a simple oversight. Brian was amazing to work with, I would highly recommend this company. I called 3 other companies before this one and Lowdermilk offered the best price.
