The technician Hannah was very professional and knowledgeable. She informed us on how to safely use our fireplace for this winter.

We are really glad we went with Perfect Chimney Cleaning! From the very beginning, they’ve been timely on their responses and practiced clear communication, made it easy to schedule, consistently professional attitude over the phone and in person, and have continued to make sure that we understood what services we would need and why, without putting any pressure on us to spend more than what we were comfortable with.
We received a chimney cleaning and also new flu caps installation.
Hannah is a gem! She is always on time or even a little early, she is thorough with her inspection and knowledge of the multiple tasks at hand and I really appreciated that she was beyond patient and really good with my very anxious rescue dog ( as well as us humans who know little to nothing about chimneys). Our chimney hadn’t been cleaned or used for years and years so Hannah had her work cut out for her but she handled it all very well. She used a work blanket that she put on the floor to ensure no soot or old mucky stuff got on our carpet and she cleaned up very well after herself. While Hannah was working & cleaning inside the fireplace, Miguel was outside working on top of our roof installing new flue caps. He was quiet up there and worked efficiently. Miguel was also friendly and professional.
Thanks to Hannah and Miguel, we truly cannot wait to use this fireplace now that it is safe to do so! We highly recommend Perfect Chimney Cleaning!

She was able to explain the damage to my chimney was not as severe as I had expected and offered several options for repair. I am satisfied with the total cost of the cleaning and repair. I received excellent value for the money.

All of the mess from the chimney was contained to an area that had been covered with a work blanket, so after she cleaned up there was nothing except a clean fireplace left behind.
