It was super easy to book they appointment, they were able to come out quickly and clean my air ducts. Nick was super friendly and professional they did a great job got it done in no time and make sure everything was as clean as when they arrived. It's always nice when getting a service done is easy, a great price and done well. Great company, definitely will use for future needs and recommend them for people in need of there services.

I had such a great experience with Greensboro Air Duct, Dryer Vent & Chimney Cleaning Service! The team was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. They showed me how much lint had built up in my dryer vent, and I was shocked at how much of a difference the cleaning made. My dryer is now running more efficiently, and I feel much safer knowing the vent is clear.

The price that was advertised was not the price that the technician was trying to bill it was a 200 percent increase in price. Duct cleaning was suppose to have been done and all that was done was a scare tactic and an overpriced quote. The website and staff priced over the phone a special and did not uphold their obligation which is a breach of contract and false advertising. I have tried to reach out to the company the technician would not give his name he showed up in a car and then sped off when asked for his accreditation and his name and title to the company. I am not sure even calling him a technician would even be accurate. I have his tag # from his car. I have looked this company up on the NC Secretary of State and no information even pulls up for this company. I have asked for the business tax ID# and information they will not give me anything.

I highly recommend! We had recently moved and needed a system installation ASAP. Booking was easy and smooth. I had tons of questions and they took the time to answer them. I had trouble before finding the right company to fit my needs so I really appreciated that. They made the whole process quick and easy.

Ben came out to our place today and let me tell y’all — this man knows his stuff. Super friendly, on time, and worked like he actually cared about our home. He showed me all the dust and gunk sittin’ in the vents (kinda gross, not gonna lie), then cleaned everything out till it looked brand new!

Our dryer wasn’t moving air at all before, now it’s runnin’ smooth as butter. House even smells fresher. Price was fair too — no funny business, no “surprise charges,” just straight-up honest work.

I called this place for duct cleaning with possibility of needing mold removal. They were responsive and came out quickly. The technician was courteous, respectful and seemed knowledgeable (although he never provided his name). I thought it somewhat odd an unmarked vehicle showed up, and not a professional work vehicle. I was told our ducts had mold but they were able to clean. Myself and my young kids stayed outside most of the time as i was concerned with them breathing in everything. My husband came home towards the end of cleaning and handled payment. He found it strange that a negative pressure system wasn't used to clean the mold from our ducts. When researching, this is the gold standard for removing mold to prevent spores from spreading. Also, I received email confirmation after payment which listed a different company and address from the one on Google I called. I'm not sure why this is.
That being said, from what we can tell our ducts do look cleaner.

This is hands down the best HVAC company around town! We called and had someone come out and fix our system in a few hours. Luckily we found them on Google and their rating lead me to call. I would recommend them to anyone need cleaning or HVAC services!

We hired these people for a job, and accepted a quote that we felt was pretty steep. Unfortunately, not only are they expensive, they are also incompetent. After paying a fortune for their sloppy job, we had to hire actually professionals to fix their mistakes and complete the work.

I had my unit installed but they will not call back or service unit so I contracted with Rex Air only to be told and showed that the unit was not properly wired. Control box was installed single stage unit need double stage control. I am paying additional $300 pplus to correct the issue. Dont use tri city go with pros and get it done properly and professionally.

Service was exceptional!! We had a broken supply line to our toilet that flooded our bathroom. We had to turn the water off to the house. We called when they opened at 0800 and they got a plumber out and everything fixed by 1030. Amazing!! Won't call anyone else for plumbing work! Thanks Jessup!!
