Called Jay to get a quote for install of new hot water heater, and instead of providing quote FIRST, he started work (without permission) draining old water heater. When I called him back (again) to get an estimate, he quoted 80% more than nearby plumber.
When he asked me if he could charge me a service call for work already begun (but never authorized), I answered 'no' and he hung up on me & left my tenant with no hot water.
Also, my tenant said he was rude to her in-person. Would NOT recommend!

I am the office manager of Studio J Dance Center in Asheboro, and we found ourselves in a pickle days before our fall classes are scheduled to start. We had a difficult schedule with juggling several different contractors on a big job in our kitchen. The plumbers from Greensboro Plumbing and Heating were flexible and worked around and between the other contractors. Once they were here, they were friendly and curteous and VERY competent!

This company has sincerely amazed us with their expertise and quick service at a time when our air conditioning unit quit on us during a heat wave. Their professionalism was outstanding and the knowledge they exhibited was stellar and made us feel like we were in the best hands. Junior and Michael worked so well together and provided us with the facts as they installed our new HVAC unit. We will definitely rely on them in the future for our Plumbing & Heating needs!
