Honest assessment of current condition of the heat pump unit. Suggested a routine maintenance for a normal price. A previous quote from another company had me expecting to completely replace the unit. I’m glad I asked for a second opinion from Relief. They did not use scare tactics. I will be going with Relief for a routine maintenance plan.

These guys and gals know their stuff. Very professional and super knowledgeable on everything heating and cooling. Mr Harris came out and explained everything to me after my home purchase in which he installed the high efficiency heat pump unit in it. They didn't charge me for the call and explained everything we need to know about the system and about transferring the 10 year parts and labor warranty (10 years seriously, I don't believe any other company does that). I highly recommend these guys and gals for everything heating and cooling! What a relief 😃!

Great technician with very good people skills. Completed the job, explained what was done and made us feel very comfortable about his knowledge of the work that he did and what we can look forward too in the future.

Our heater went out while the weather outside was freezing temperatures and snow. We contacted this place to help. They came the next morning late from the original time they gave us AND misdiagnosed the heating issue, and then told us they couldnt fix it until next week to “wait for the right parts”. They told us the igniter and control panel needed to be replaced but we actually ended up contacting a different vendor that said that was not the case at all, it was just the blower motor that needed to be replaced. The new vendor we contacted came the same day and helped us quickly. Definitely don’t rely on this place for any kind of urgent issue, they would have had us freeze until next week and don’t seem to know what they’re doing at all.

Daniel did a great job. He was like a bloodhound determined to find what another HVAC firm missed regarding a heating issue. A consummate and articulate gentleman, Daniel is also part of a family owned business. His parents and siblings no doubt take a robust pride in him.
