They did a fantastic job remodeling our kitchen at an affordable price. They worked with us to choose the perfect cabinets and countertops. The installers were nice and professional. I was impressed with how quickly the work was done, and they went above and beyond making sure that everything was done well. I would definitely recommend Kitchen Express.

I absolutely love my new kitchen and would highly recommend kitchen express. From soft close cabinets, to timeless quartz countertop and gorgeous backsplash tile from Italy my new kitchen is not only beautiful but so much more storage and function. The staff was great from my consultant coming to my home bringing me samples so I could pick the kitchen of my dreams through the instalation and finished product. I felt completely safe leaving them to work while I was at my job and not home. They were professional, helpful and trustworthy the whole process through.

Mike and Glenn from Kitchen Express were both wonderful to work with! Kitchen Express is incredibly lucky to have them on the team because they were the only positive impression we got of the company. They were professional and courteous and did great work. However, this business is so poorly run it’s almost incomprehensible. There’s no way these 5 star reviews are legitimate. I would absolutely not work with this company again or recommend them to anyone I know. First off, when we initially signed the contract our salesman said we’d likely have the remodel complete before Christmas. Then, we go to pay the deposit and they tell us they can’t accept a debit card? In 2020. So we had to drive out to their shop on 2 separate occasions to pay the deposit, because after leaving work early to pay via debit card they told us to come back the next day with a check. Then we were told Scott would email us within 2 weeks to share our installation schedule. 8 weeks and multiple calls and emails go by, nothing. We had to chase Scott down through the whole process. Never once heard from our salesperson again after he deposited our money. In my line of work, sales staff at least check in to see how a project is going. Then, we finally received a schedule for our remodel (a whole 3 days in advance). We were told our kitchen sink would be hooked up on a Wednesday. Friday rolls around, still no sink. The person installing our tile informs me that the sink is now going to be installed on Monday. Never heard anything from Scott regarding the delay. Absolutely terrible communication every step of the way.

Kitchen Express is above EXCELLENT. We rate them 5 stars plus. We had three bids for our total kitchen remodel. Kitchen Express had higher quality cabinets and counter top than the other two (one was Marsh), and was about $3,000 less. All three promised hands on scheduling. With Kitchen Express everything was scheduled without one idle day or our contacting anyone. The other two gave us lists of sub-contractors for us to contact and schedule - not acceptable. It is one thing to say that when bidding on a job and doing it. Kitchen Express did it.
It is very unusual to have highly professional and skilled technicians WITH people skills - ALL technicians from Kitchen Express were professional and with polished people skills. That is a quality rarely found and Kitchen Express technicians were SUPER..
Now completed, the job looks like a magazine picture. We are so pleased with everything.
If you are looking for a complete or partial kitchen remodel do not waste your time with others - go with Kitchen Express.

Jimmy and the team from Kitchen Express did such an amazing job on our new kitchen. It was quite the transformation from our old kitchen covered in 80’s wallpaper! Their attention to details and quality and their great communication we’re the things that really stood out to me. I love my new kitchen!

Had a total kitchen remodel. Staff is professional and work is top quality. Special shoutout to: Scott, Chris and Patrick. Many others were involved in the remodel but are too numerous to name. The staff was easy to work with. There were a few minor hiccups but they were readily addressed. Now I have a kitchen that is not only beautiful but has added to the value of my home. Thrilled, amazed, and elated are only a few of the synonyms I could use to describe how I feel every time I walk into the total remodel of our kitchen and master bath. The kitchen is totally functional with an abundance of storage. I now have a pantry that I can access, I found appliances and dishes I hadn't seen in years because they had been buried in the former deep cabinets. My master bath now has a shower that is safe! The quality of the cabinets, flooring, tile, etc. is beyond expectations. All of this was accomplished by a highly qualified and professional crew. Minor tweaks that needed to be done after the fact were dealt with in a timely fashion with no questions asked. I highly recommend this company for your remodeling needs!

We had Kitchen Express design and install a kitchenette in our new office. They were very easy to work with, they created a design that matched our style and delivered everything they promised. Our office is in an old building in downtown Greensboro so none of our walls were plumb or square and the floors were uneven heart pine from the 1800's. Even with all of the challenges of our space the installers were able to customize the cabinets to fit perfectly. I am very happy with the product and services.

Kitchen Express was wonderful to work with. Chris was especially great to work with. He was always on time, conscientious and responded to all of my questions immediately even after hours. He did fantastic work! Highly recommended!

The showroom is in an obscure location, but, once you're inside, you will see all it has to offer. There are great cabinets and countertops selections for you in home projects at a price you can afford (no it is not cheap in construction either). Very friendly staff that will go out of their way to make you feel at ease and they take their time to explain everything you need to make your project a success. They have a great selection on bathroom projects that can be done and they look great! Go check them out for all your home renovation needs. (They had a much better price for my project than Lowe's hardware)

House built in 1988. Cabinets were old & showing wear. The granite countertops were dark & busy looking with pits in the surface. Kitchen Express gutted the kitchen of all the old cabinets & fascia. The new cabinets were installed all the way to the ceiling, which added extra cabinet space. The cabinets are sturdy, smooth & easy to open/close/clean. The quartz countertops are white, smooth, and elegant looking. The peninsula was redesigned to have a larger overhang for seating. The quartz sink is integrated - no crevices for moisture/mold/food particles to gather. It is my pride & joy!

My kitchen is phenomenal. The cabinet master, Chris, is detail oriented, precise, creative, neat, and incredibly talented in what he does. He goes above & beyond! The demolition was organized, clean & quick. He explained each re-installation as he proceeded. He repositioned the microwave so it was more accessible & is a dream to use now. In one corner area of dead space, Chris designed & incorporated a 12 space wine cabinet, which is fabulous. When the project was complete, Chris followed up after a few days of my using the kitchen, for any adjustments. He was always on time & worked hard the entire time he was on the job each day. It was a pleasure to have him in my home.

The plumber Ron, was amazing. He explained in detail why he was making some changes in the dishwasher re-installation. I have had 3 repair people work on my dishwasher placement & none were able to get it installed correctly. Kitchen Express plumber did it! I am over the moon - my dishwasher no longer is difficult to load & close. The hot water dispenser & faucets he installed are perfect!

The tile work under the cabinets is large subway tile. The tile master, Patrick, explained why he was starting in the center of the areas to be tiled. The tiles are even & the edges finished beautifully.

I recommend Kitchen Express to everyone & anyone who chats about their kitchen. Jay was a pleasure to work with from their office. The financing was perfect for my situation. I’m sorry I didn’t do this renovation when I moved in 4 years ago! I am really enjoying my new kitchen & I am so proud to show it off!

After our initial kitchen remodel I wrote a glowing review. We were so happy after 5 months without any kitchen. After living with the remodel for a short period we started to notice some things we were not at all happy with. Sadly for us both I didn’t contact them and decided to handle the issues as best I could. Almost 2 years after the completion of the work I received a request to review again (were we still happy). I wrote a less than flattering review! NOW THE GOOD NEWS……Kitchen Express called immediately and had someone to our home the next day!!! All my issues erased!! I’m a truly happy camper! Kitchen Express goes WELL ABOVE and BEYOND what I would have possibly expected after almost two years. The Koehler Family Rocks! BTW, they entirely remodeled our walk in shower in our en-suite bathroom! That was Outstanding!! Thank’s Koehler family!

Kitchen Express recently remodeled our kitchen. The process was simple and straight forward from beginning to end. Their craftsmen were skilled and professional. We are delighted with our new kitchen and couldn't be happier. We engaged with Kitchen Express because we have worked with their Rebath division on several projects and were extremely happy with them. It was great to experience the same top notch craftsmanship and service from Kitchen Express.

Our kitchen was very outdated and not an easy space to work in. Jay gave us good advice and suggestions on how to optimize the space. Our overall experience was excellent and I cannot think of anything that disappointed us or left us hoping we had done something differently. All the work crew performed professionally and patiently answered our questions. They were friendly and always punctual. Kitchen Express stuck to their original estimate of start and completion times. All the updates are wonderful and the tile backsplash made the entire kitchen pop! If I had another kitchen to remodel I would be on the phone to Kitchen Express right now. They are the bomb!

We started our search for a company who could do a complete kitchen remodel by meeting with multiple kitchen contractors. After meeting with several companies, we decided to work with Jay and Kitchen Express due to his professionalism, design concept, showroom experience and attention to details. From the begining of our consultation all the way through to the end of our project we could not have been happier. The ongoing communication Jimmy (the installer) provided was extraordinary. Jimmy is to be commended for his workmanship, acumen, and respect for us and our home. He was on time every day, provided updates on what he planned to complete on a daily basis and paid attention to the smallest details. Not the best cabinets but KCE did work to make the issues right from bad construction and a couple of installation issues. I probably would not purchase again knowing what I know now about the product.

Salesman Jon was extremely helpful and listened to what we wanted, made suggestions that made our project better. Our coordinator and installer, Jimmy, was pleasant and certainly knew what he was doing. Everything went smoothly with little to no wait in between segments of the project. Our kitchen, even though we kept the same footprint, has been transformed. We would recommend this company to anyone at any time.

Had a renovation and these guys were A+ through the whole experience. From showing me a virtual example of my kitchen to the install everything was amazing. Thanks to the guys in the office and Chris who helped with the install. Thanks!
